The system provides critical data to manage consumable and durable inventory, reduce the risk for lost or misplaced tools, and provide critical data to business leaders to reduce risk of tools being lost or left behind, reduce costs and increase productivity. **Job Summary** The Material Handler primary responsibility is to support the daily flow and preparation of finished goods and package them adequately for LTL transporting. Qualified candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and forklift certification is a plus. The ability to play close attention to detail, perform task in a professional and timely manner while consistently demonstrating and incorporating principles of safety for self and others which is essential to this job. **Specific Responsibilities / Essential Functions** 1. Develops and keeps a clean, safe working environment for self and others and consistently adhere to all the companies' safety policies and procedures 2. Safely transport finished goods from cells to the shipping area and securely load the machines on to pallets. 3. Verify and accurately record all the required data for each machine from build sheets, QA documents etc. before wrapping. 4. Inspect unit for any visible damages and report it to the QA team at once. 5. Wrap and package machine for shipping, these functions may include but are not limited to the following: block and brace machine on pallet, apply layers of bubble wrap, securing machine glass with foam packs, applying shrink by hand or using a shrink wrap machine, banding machine to pallet using a metal bander, applying corrugated sleeve and adding the proper decals and labels. **Additional Responsibilities for tier II associates** + Receives and prepares orders daily and sets shipping schedules + Gathers all information needed to complete the shipment + Monitors ship dates daily and communicates with Sales & Production about planning/install dates + Performs internal processes to complete shipment (EDI, PGI, shipping report updates, etc.) + Prepares shipping documents (BOL, SLI, Comm. Invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.) + Calls carriers to schedule pick-ups + Supplies freight estimates to customers and Sales + Verifies order accuracy by matching quantity, machine type, address, payment/shipping terms, etc. **Job Specifications and Requirements** 1. Education and Experience: a. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. b. Ability to read and write effectively in English. c. Ability to work all shifts and required overtime. 2.
