CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.
Position Summary:
The Senior Material Handler is responsible for accurate, safe, and compliant movement, control, and documentation of materials throughout aerospace manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role supports production schedules, inventory accuracy, and shipping requirements while ensuring full compliance with AS9100 quality standards, customer requirements, and California safety regulations.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
• Safely load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished aerospace products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts in accordance with company procedures and California safety standards.
• Perform advanced receiving inspection and verification of materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with aerospace and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and traceability of materials, components, and finished goods in accordance with AS9100, customer flow-downs, and internal procedures.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to manufacturing work cells based on work orders, kanban signals, and production priorities to support on-time delivery.
• Prepare aerospace products for outbound shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and completion of shipping documentation in compliance with customer, regulatory, and export requirements.
• Accurately process inventory transactions in the ERP system (e.g., JD Edwards or equivalent), including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Lead and support cycle counts and full physical inventories; analyze variances and support corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain material handling, storage, and staging areas in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition in accordance with 5S principles, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for aerospace material handling processes, providing guidance and support to other material handlers and production personnel as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to material flow, inventory control, and warehouse efficiency, support implementation of approved continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with and reinforce all company policies, safety rules, and aerospace-specific requirements, including FOD prevention, ESD controls, hazardous material handling, and export compliance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report unsafe conditions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or logistics roles within an aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with inventory control systems and ERP platforms
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100 requirements, material traceability, and quality documentation.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification in accordance with company and California safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, purchase orders, packing slips, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support changing production demands.
• Ability to safely lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical job duties in compliance with California workplace safety standards.

The Job:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Deburring Associate to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal fittings to ensure compliance with strict aerospace industry standards. Job Description
The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers' variable data for printed labeling. Summary
Operates all departmental machine tools and provides machine shop service, expertise, and capability to the entire manufacturing operation. Lays out work to be done. Constructs, alters, or repairs a wide variety of standard and non-standard developmental and experimental tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, etc. to close tolerances and exacting set ups. Produces most production dies for cold heading machines.
Essential Functions
Independently performs the job of Tool Maker in its entirety, operating all of the following typical department, machines and any specialty machines as assigned.
a. Lathes.
b. Surface Grinder
c. Honing Machine
d. Hydraulic Press
Obtain instructions, sketches, drawings, etc. from leadperson /foreman.
Obtains raw material from department stock.
Sets up any department machine as needed to produce the work as directed, very exactly and must hold very close tolerance.
Replaces or re-sharpens cutting tools as required.
Maintains machine and workplace area in a neat and orderly condition on a daily basis, and performs a general machine and work area cleanup once a week. Keeps machine free of chips.
Makes out time, production, and quality reports as required.
Education/Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least 5-10 years of related experience working as a tool maker with Carbide

**The Job:**
As a Professional Development Manager, you'll be part of our Field Sales Team working as a remote employee supporting the Southern California and AZ market. The Professional Development Manager (PDM) will be the lead person in the field for all DEWALT Professional (Pro) outdoor related business. The PDM will be the point person responsible for growing the DEWALT Pro business within a specific region by assisting but not limited to pull through of retail. The PDM will execute in field testing of prototype product with the product team. The PDM will assist a cross functional group of product management, marketing, channel, etc. with key learnings from the field and directly from our end customers. You'll get to:
+ Develop detailed annual strategic plans for maximizing Pro business in their territory along with concise and measurable objectives that support that strategy. These plans will be presented to the Pro team prior to the season and reported on at the close of the season.
+ Facilitate end user demos with landscapers and municipalities. These demos can be setup with dealers or on your own but are critical to the growth of the brand.
+ Develop relationships with landscapers and municipalities. These relationships will be used to show and demo new products and to assist in key learnings for future product development.
+ Spend 75% plus of time with end customers.
+ Involvement with state landscaper, municipal, grounds management associations.
+ Execution of all parts of the in-field prototype testing of new products from setting up the proper customer to the feedback loop.
+ Provide accurate and timely information about field issues to product management and service teams.
+ Lead training efforts with field team as well as dealers at large training events or at large Pro dealers in Pro business categories. Dealers that know and are confident in our product have a better chance for growth and success.
+ Input all required data into Salesforce. This will be an ongoing effort but is vital to capturing and using proper data.
+ Assist field team and dealers in service, parts and product availability issues. PDM's must be the point person for anything having to do with the Pro business.
+ Identify and communicate marketing needs to Professional Marketing Manager.
+ Understand the competitive landscape within your region. PDM should be the expert for everything Pro for that region knowing the major competitive brands and programs to assist in closing business and training our product.
