In this role, the operator will be responsible for several key tasks, including pouring powder into molds, securing the molds to the machine arm, and clamping the molds together before initiating the heating cycle. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining a clean work area, identifying and addressing any quality issues, and ensuring that the molds used in production match the specifications listed in our computer system. What You'll Do: Mold Operation: Load, unload, and maintain molds, ensuring proper cleaning and trimming for high-quality output. Slitting & Winding: Set up and operate slitting machines and winding equipment to produce precise bands. Spraying & Painting: Adjust mold sprayers, perform paint prep, and ensure proper application and drying. Quality Control: Perform inspections, make adjustments, and ensure compliance with specifications. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect tools, molds, and machines, and report any needed repairs. Our Beavercreek facility manufactures gas turbine tubes, ducts, and manifolds, and also has complex machining, fabrication and investment casting capabilities.
