What You'll Do
As a MaterialHandler, you'll be part of our Materials team located in Willard, Ohio. You'll get to:
Responsibilities / Authority:
* Complete daily safety check sheet on forklift
* Loading and unloading parts or materials off trucks
* Scan all parts in and out of stock locations to ensure inventory accuracy
* Keep assembly lines and associated departments stocked with the proper amount of parts
* Avoid overstocking lines or departments with excess inventory
* Abide by all SBD Willard safety policies
* Follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures
* Ensure all stock areas are kept neat and organized
* Use proper radio etiquette
* Provide backup as needed throughout the department as needed
* Perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Zone Leader
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must have a valid, lift truck operators license or successfully complete lift truck training
* Willingness to learn the layout of the facility
* Must be able read and comprehend instructions
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn the Janus scanning guns and procedures
* Knowledge of the AS400 system or willing to learn
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
* Able to work overtime as needed

Activities and duties may vary dependent upon site specific needs. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
* Move material to/from raw, WIP, Finished, Shipping, Receiving, and manufacturing areas.
* Unload/load trucks/tankers with incoming/outgoing materials. - Verify materials against receiving/shipping documents.
* Complete appropriate transactions to document the movement of material within the Inventory Management System.
* Support inventory accuracy:

* Unload trailers as required
* Pull QA's MPI sample list and return when finished
* Pull edited rolls from the editor (Finishing pick up rolls from Editor and put them away, Coating Drop off rolls to be run to the editor)
* Remove Scrap from Finishing- Replace Gaylord and scrap racks
* Pick up and transfer material racks, pallets, and other consumable supplies to/from production areas as required.
* Bring empty racks to DUSE as needed for specific orders (Modagrfix, Liner / face jobs) Remove racks and Pallets of finished a Goods from DUSE when finished as needed
* Replenish cores at MU2 when asked by the operator
* Remove scrap and broken pallets from Finishing floor (and anywhere else they find them). Stack them properly and load them onto scrap truck
* If RCRA Certified- be available to unload and put away Totes if no other DOT Cert. drivers are available
* Operate floor scrubbing machine and clean floor in finishing department at least
* Keep all fire doors, exits clear. Keep material from being stored in front of Electrical panels or on walkways.-Generally move things that are out of place.
* Perform complete and accurate inventory transactions to document the movement of material within the Inventory Management System.
* Consolidate 15,000 racks
* Maintain good housekeeping throughout the site
* Support all 5S housekeeping activities.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pull QA's MPI sample list and return when finished
Pull edited rolls from the editor (Finishing pick up rolls from Editor and put them away, Coating Drop off rolls to be run to the editor)
Remove Scrap from Finishing- Replace Gaylord and scrap racks
Pick up and transfer material racks, pallets, and other consumable supplies to/from production areas as required.
Bring empty racks to DUSE as needed for specific orders (Modagrfix, Liner / face jobs) Remove racks and Pallets of finished a Goods from DUSE when finished as needed
Replenish cores at MU2 when asked by the operator
Remove scrap and broken pallets from Finishing floor (and anywhere else they find them). Stack them properly and load them onto scrap truck
If RCRA Certified- be available to unload and put away Totes if no other DOT Cert. drivers are available
Operate floor scrubbing machine and clean floor in finishing department at least
Keep all fire doors, exits clear. Keep material from being stored in front of Electrical panels or on walkways.-Generally move things that are out of place.
Perform complete and accurate inventory transactions to document the movement of material within the Inventory Management System.
Consolidate 15,000 racks
Maintain good housekeeping throughout the site
Support all 5S housekeeping activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description
This role is a shipper / receiver position in the Graphics Mentor Distribution Center. Standard workweek is Monday through Friday. Regular work hours to be determined. In this role, you will work 1st shift, M-F 10's - Off Wed, Sat, Sunday.

The Partners Controller for Customer Material Services will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, maintaining robust financial and operational internal controls, and delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis for the Customer Material Solutions Partners space. The role will focus on both operational and technical accounting matters related to Revenue & Risk Sharing Partners (RRSP), Distribution partners, Material Cost per Set (MCPS), Licensing and Joint Venture (JV) partners. The role also emphasizes process simplification and operational excellence through the application of Lean principles.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Oversee general accounting, policy application, and process administration for all focus areas, including revenue recognition, payables, and deferred income.
+ Drive adherence to U.S. GAAP, GE GAP, and GE Aerospace SOPs
+ Develop deep expertise in RRSP, Distribution, MCPS, Licensing and JV Partners
+ Serve as best practice and quality resource for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Prepare and review the Customer Material Services (CMS) balance sheets, aligning commentary with operational drivers across product lines
+ Ensure timely and compliant execution of monthly payments to partners
+ Lead and oversee two direct reports in the monthly closing process and various quarterly and annual review processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
+ Manage, mentor and develop two direct reports by providing clear direction, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
+ Drive collaboration within own team and across functions to ensure alignment on priorities and successful execution of objectives
+ Ensure internal controls over financial reporting in focus areas are designed and operating effectively in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
+ Respond to internal and external audit requests are responded to in a timely and accurate manner
+ Champion FLIGHT DECK by applying Lean principles, developing standard work, and using structured problem solving to simplify and automate accounting process
+ Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to ensure the impact of accounting matters are understood and forecasted in a timely manner
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university or college
+ 8-15 years of experience in accounting
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively
+ Basic understanding of Alteryx or a strong desire and willingness to learn and apply this or similar tools to drive process improvements.
