The Job:
As a Site Security Officer, you'll be part of our Corporate Team as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
Directing visitors and controlling site access across various entry posts
Monitoring CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems
Patrolling and securing areas inside and outside of facility
Documenting security and safety related incidents
Administering first aid and being a first responder to crisis situations when needed
Quickly respond, on foot, to locations throughout the facility
Assist with CTPAT compliance if applicable
The Person:

High School Degree or higher.
Some security / law enforcement / military related skills required.
C-TPAT and / or Regulatory Compliance experience is a plus.

CPR / AED / First Aid Training.
Effective oral and written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivation, collaborative, team player, ability to deal with obstacles and partner with leadership to identify and resolve problems.
Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screen is required.
Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.

General Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of duties to set up and operate a group of automatic milling / CNC milling machines to mill various types of teeth on several sizes and types of carbon steel and bi-metal backing coil material.
Duties:
Exacting set ups to close tolerances
Check coils to be milled and coil tag for record of previous operation
Replace cutters after grind
Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition
Report any material defects or discrepancies and equipment malfunctions to Supervisor
Responsible for quality of work performed

Power & Water Solutions is an industry-leading controls automation company that focuses on providing applications in the renewable (solar, hydro, wind), fossil (natural gas and coal) power generation, and water treatment plants sectors. We focus on upgrading existing plant control systems with industry-leading automation controls and instrumentation to promote the sustainability and longevity of our North American power grid and wastewater infrastructure.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Develop new customer accounts that are providing power plants for data centers, including EPCs, investors, MEP's, Hyper Scalers, Operation & Maintenance companies and end users.
+ Promote and sell the Ovation Platform and other Emerson applications for power plants and microgrids, aligning solutions with customer needs and project requirements
+ Actively engage potential customers to understand their business objectives, needs, and pain points. Then provide appropriate solutions using the Emerson Portfolio.
+ Develop, execute, and communicate strategic account plans to penetrate new markets and grow share in the data center energy segment, short and long term
+ Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including C-Level executives, senior-level decision makers, technical teams and successfully navigate the procurement process.
+ Create and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients
+ Identify and recommend account strategies through territory business analysis
+ Negotiate technical and commercial issues to close orders
+ Provide concise industry updates, competitive differentiation and pricing strategy to executive-level management
+ Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
+ Participation in select professional meetings, trade shows, and conferences as a representative of Emerson
**WHO YOU ARE:**

What you will do...
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for the PM Program. The Planner works in coordination with Maintenance Supervisors and Production to coordinate all planned work within the Plant. The Planner works with the Maintenance team to make sure all parts needed to perform PM's are obtained, and capture all work accomplished in the plant in the CMMS (SAP) system. The PM Program/Maintenance Planner is also responsible for initiation of PM work orders in SAP; entering in PM's for new equipment per OEM recommendations; forwarding the Monthly scheduled PM's to the Maintenance Supervisors; and capturing data from completed work orders in SAP. This position will have ownership of the facility's Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program and will lead the plant to a World Class PM Program, partnering with internal and external resources. He / She will support the function of the plant maintenance group by developing job plans and continual review/evaluate data from downtime and stockroom reports to determine the most critical focus.
• Support the facility's journey to World Class Maintenance performance by optimizing the PM program;
• Analyze performance reports and maintenance requests to ensure plant KPIs are met;
• Utilize SAP to plan the ongoing maintenance work queue based on scheduled maintenance activities (planned preventative and corrective maintenance work);
• Plan the work order type, scope, resources and deadlines for the maintenance tasks coordinating with safety, quality, sanitation, operations and production planning (considering operational and material constraints);

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.60-$28.00.

Contribute to local/global teams in the refinement, continuous improvement, and innovative concepts in nonhuman primate and handling

The Job:
As a Project Engineer - Fasteners, you'll be part of our Tools and Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:
Coordinates the readiness of all functions throughout the product development process.
Build project schedule, identify task sequence, duration, and resources to perform each task, monitor and update project progress, manage changes to the schedule baseline to achieve the plan.
Working with PE, Sourcing and Marketing to build product cost, investment plan and financial performance, monitor/control cost over life of project.
Ensure project meet product quality standard, monitor those standards throughout project and product lifecycle, looking for continuous and incremental improvements to these processes.
Ensures the projects include all the work required, and only the work required, to complete it successfully. Identify, monitor and control commercial, technical, or operational risk over the project life cycle, assess impact of identified risks, prioritize risks, and rank potential effect to cost/schedule/quality.
Collaborate with teams to find solutions to address risk, or escalate risk to management seeking decisions to continue, re-direct or stop programs.
Develop plans to close issues and minimize the effect on project cost, time and quality when identified risks become realized problems.
Facilitate project weekly meeting, report project on PDR, MMR and PMR meeting to top management.
Manage documentation storage throughout project lifecycle meet ISO Quality Management System Perform any other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by PMO Lead.

The Person:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, structural or industrial engineering.
3+ years working experience in engineering and project management in a manufacturing setting.
Exceptional knowledge in project planning and management/supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Project management software skills.
Working experience in the anchor industry is preferred.

The base pay range for this position in New York, is $ 67,000.00 - 120,600.00 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.
Who You Are
As a polisher/deburr you will be responsible for removing imperfections, sharp edges and burrs from manufactured parts to achieve a smooth, precise finish using various tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Use hand tools and power tools including Dremel tools, polishing wheels, buffing wheels, Cratex polishing and Dotco guns to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, and rough edges from manufactured parts.
* Polish parts to correct defects, prepare surfaces for further finishing, and achieve a specified finish level.
* Refer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to senior leads or supervisors
Education/Knowledge/Skills
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred but not required.
* Attention to detail
* Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
* Ability to read blueprints
* Basic math and measurement skills
