Pros of working at Stanley Consultants
When I started, there were a wide variety of projects to work on and there seemed to be a desire to keep employees long-term.
Cons of working at Stanley Consultants
My experience was being overscheduled for projects (up to 120 hours in a week) and management seemingly ignoring the issue.
When management changed, there seemed to be a shift away from employee satisfaction and more towards increasing the bottom line at the expense of members. Long-time employees were let go in favor of a cheaper workforce.
