Shared coordinates and multi-discipline model integration
Support production teams across markets:

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in civil design using Autodesk Civil 3D
Proven experience developing and managing CAD/BIM standards at a corporate or program level
Strong understanding of ACC/BIM 360, Sheet Set Manager, and Data Shortcuts
Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, and cross-platform coordination
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple markets
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and digital delivery governance

Advanced skills with project management software such as Primavera P6 and spreadsheet and word processing software such as Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of Cost Management tools (e.g. COBRA, eBuilder), Microsoft Project and PowerBI software preferred. Must be able to understand accounting systems in support of the job cost tracking system.
Must be able to demonstrate required knowledge of project control principles; understand the principles and concepts of cost engineering as it relates to budgeting, monitoring, and tracking actual costs, change orders and forecasting.

The primary duties of this position include a range of scientific, monitoring, and testing services for a variety of environmental projects at locations such as landfills, industrial facilities, power stations, abandoned and operating mines, and communities impacted by emerging contaminants (e.g., PFAS). In the role of Geologist I, we'll count on you to:
* Help design and conduct field studies and be responsible for data collection, compilation, and analysis for a variety of geology and/or hydrology-related projects.
* Complete geologic logging of borings and monitoring well development followed by conversion to electronic boring logs and well construction diagrams.
* Complete surface and groundwater sampling including coordination with laboratories, data analysis, and reporting.
* Coordinate compliance sampling for federal, municipal, power, water/wastewater, and industrial clients.
* Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic testing and analysis.
* Assist with troubleshooting issues that may arise in the field.
* Communicate issues in a timely manner to team members and supervisor.
* Work both independently on small projects and as part of larger project teams to assist senior personnel.
* Perform other related duties as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a hydrogeologist, geologist or closely aligned profession. Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in one of the above fields will substitute for one year of the required experience.

This individual will be responsible for the planning, design, construction, and project management of water resources and municipal utility infrastructure, including drinking water sources, distribution systems, storage facilities, wastewater systems, and water treatment projects from technical development through construction services.The Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer will have expertise in one or more of the following:

What You Will Be Doing:
Leading team delivery of drinking water projects including evaluation and detailed design of intake structures, surface and ground water treatment plants, water reuse systems, storage, pumping, and transmission and distribution projects.
Preparing master planning reports and documentation required for grants and loans.
Self-motivated subject matter expert; demonstrated through participating in local professional organizations, preparing, and presenting market specific papers and presentations.
Ability to articulate and operate within the One Water paradigm.
Integration of smart water systems, process automation, and machine learning into overall water production and distribution design.
Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and other applicable engineering design tools.
Work in collaboration with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD) in producing plans and specifications.
Assisting in marketing business opportunities with key clients and development of responses to RFP/RFQs.
Providing marketing, technical leadership, and support during the procurement and execution of projects.
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Assisting clients with permitting, property acquisition, and stakeholder involvement.
Successfully collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams.
Consistently managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Desire and ability to manage and mentor staff.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in either Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license; Illinois PE preferred or must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and/or Wisconsin network of water/wastewater connections.
Regional expertise in one or more areas of water supply, treatment, storage, and/or distribution technical expertise.
Active participation in professional organizations.
Strong verbal, computer, and organizational skills.

Enterprise & Project Risk Management

Integration of smart water systems, process automation, and machine learning into overall water production and distribution design.
