Phony "work culture". Will spend 30 minutes discussing non work related things in a meeting but wont have time to explain why you failed a crew visit.

Skip the fake pleasantries and get right into work. I came to work to get paid. Nothing more nothing less

I very much enjoy the work of carpet cleaning and talking to customers in their homes.

It was honestly a very great entry level position; decent funds, benefits, social, and experience that lasts a lifetime.

Absolutely nothing.
