The pay and pto.
Every single thing else! They don't pay a penny towards insurance, they treat you like crap, terrible schedule, terrible communication, "good ole boy" system with clicks and if you're not in them then there's retaliation from management, HR, and the director (Jennifer defelice). Kitchen manager has sex with the cooks that are under her and all dietary aides suffer the consequences and must pick up the cooks work. They text at least 2 times a day with some new rule. They don't write up their favorites. Instead they make rules against what action was taken by their favorites. Head kitchen manager has the worst attitude I've ever had to professionally deal with. Don't ever work here!! And workers get a $40 food lion gift card in lue of a Christmas bonus. Also, they say one things, you can record it, and they will still say that's not what they said. Hr only protects the company and writes you up when you report bad things. Retaliation is common.
The pay. But they will cut a position, cut your pay, and give you the same responsibilities.

Fire hr, the director, and head kitchen manager to end the favoritism and stop a manager from taking advantage of their workers under them. The sex with people under you has to end.
Business dress, light make up, and talking about the deaths and taking care of family members.
