Your Capabilities and Credentials * Collegiate-level knowledge and application of structural design codes and standards (CBC/IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318 and/or ACI 350, TMS 402, AISC 360), and the application of these provisions * Introductory understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications * Fundamental knowledge of structural mechanics and principles, structural systems, means and methods, materials, and industry standards * Ability to manage time to meet project budget and schedule * Ability to participate and collaborate in a project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought * Effective oral and written communication skills * Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite * Working knowledge of 3D models and 2D structural engineering drawings using Revit and AutoCad and the ability to produce models or drawings * Experience using structural engineering/finite element analysis software such as STAAD, RAM, SAP2000, RISA is preferred * Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's degree preferred * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience * Engineer Intern (EI) certification in Ohio required.
