Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Overview Summary AECOM is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager (CPM) to provide PM/CM support for a Federal Building Fire Alarm Modernization construction project. The position is full-time embedded on-site field construction support role.
Position Summary PM supporting General Services Admin. (GSA) "Owner" and their agencies "Tenants". Duties involve managing the Owner's interests (not the construction team) on a single project, at the project site to achieve specified objectives. Involves engaging and leading the project delivery team providing CPM / Owner's Representative supporting the project completion and FA Class-A Acceptance.
Reports directly to the AECOM Business Development Leader.
Manages the project to achieve specified objectives. Involves overall planning, coordination, and control of a project support to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time, within budget and of the intended quality.
Serve as Owners Rep. during design, construction, and Cx/closeout activities - as primary point of contact in the field - collaborates and coordinates per the contract and communication plan with the GSA CO (and the PM/COR, Ppty Mgr, O&M, key stakeholders, etc); and interfaces with the project Contractor (DB team), providing proactive project assessment and support, and maintains team engagement, and client satisfaction. Oversight of the Fire Alarm Modernization work includes ancillary work and systems integration and modernization as required.
This position is independent of and DOES NOT supervise, manage, or direct the DB Team or their Subs / Trade Partners.
Delivers revenues resulting from exceptional quality and execution of projects. Maintains profit margins and plans and completes project(s) without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
Builds / supports collaborative project teams. Provides TQR and oversight of I/QAM work that monitors and reports on quality of completed and ongoing work, calls for support staff. Leads team in providing comprehensive CMa support services and owner's representation, provides on-site field observation for conformance with the SOW, Contract, GSA CBS (Core Building Standards) applicable codes and standards, provides summary progress documentation of the construction activities, implementing robust Quality Assurance monitoring and assessment of the Design Build Contractor's Quality Control Plan, staff management, execution of work, reviewing and validating contractor's self-performed inspections, and certifying work in place for recommending payment of Invoices and accepting work, provides real time feedback to the client regarding scope of work completion and contract compliance; recognizes risk and uncertainty and develops plans to mitigate and eliminate such, and operates to minimize unsatisfactory work and exposure to claims.

+ Manages, oversees and coordinates all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects

The Quality Director serves as a resource to the project team. This position requires continuous, prioritized
training and mentoring by the QA/QC Vice President. The Quality Director participates in submittal and
shop drawing reviews, initial trade pre-construction meetings, trade pre-installation meetings, and frequent
job site walkthroughs and reporting. Oversees construction quality through the process until completion.
Develop and facilitate quality training sessions/education.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform all phases of field assignment. Interpret specifications, working drawings and convey intent to the contractor.
* Responsible for all aspects of field inspection, testing, testing coordination, sampling, equipment, and equipment maintenance on assigned project.
* Obtain and record field data, in a legible and organized fashion; as required by the plans, specifications, or project staff. Generate and compile field reports.

Your Role: Tetra Tech is seeking Site Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience with maintenance, repair or construction of liquid fuel storage, handling, and dispensing systems. Candidates will be considered to support the field oversite of these activities at our commercial and federal sector client sites. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will serve as Tetra Tech's agent for all repair actions to include work planning, scheduling, and coordination with on- and off-site clients to facilitate the safe and timely execution of inspection, maintenance, and repair of petroleum handling systems. * Working knowledge of United Facilities Criteria 3-460-03 O&M: Maintenance of Petroleum Systems, as well as other standards and practices related to the inspection, maintenance and repair processes associated with fueling systems is highly desirable.
* Ability to read and interpret operation and maintenance manuals, scopes of work, supporting drawings and specifications.
* Knowledge of OSHA Construction Safety requirements, construction safety training and certifications are preferable.
* Industry certifications from API, STI or NACE are desirable.

Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking a Graduate Construction Project Engineer to be based in Cleveland, OH .
This position is expected to begin in Spring 2026.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assists with the planning and coordination of sub-contractor activities within the area of responsibility.
Monitor's subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and promotes quality control of all installations.
Assist in overseeing activities of construction crafts/trades within an assigned area of responsibility.
Receives continual supervision and direction in the performance of assigned responsibility.
Receives technical and operational direction from the assigned Superintendent or Project Manager.
Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by Field Management.
Assists with compliance of the AECOM Hunt safety program that creates a safe and healthy work environment on the jobsite.
Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate including but not limited to updating drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and other documents as required.
When requested, interfaces with client, architect, and design professionals to ensure compliance to design intent and client satisfaction.
Contribute to building good communications between field management, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and specialty contractors to ensure construction complies with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in ConstructionManagement, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or similar major.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior Internship experience within the construction industry.
Experience working on a live construction site.
Able to follow directions and interact with all levels of management on a working construction project.
Experience engaging with multiple trades on a construction project.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
