Your Capabilities and Credentials * 10+ progressive civil engineering highway/roadway transportation planning and/or design experience. * Proven experience managing all aspects of roadway infrastructure development including transportation planning and traffic engineering, corridor studies, and Project Development and Environment (PD&E) studies. * Experience in successful project pursuits including identifying opportunities, client engagement, developing teaming strategies and developing proposals. * Thorough understanding of codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. * Ability to lead a team on multiple assignments. * Strong client interaction and relationship skills. * Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in the State of Florida is preferred.
