Job Summary/Responsibilities: Collaborate on the development of design concepts and strategies that respond to our diverse clients' needs and champion design excellence throughout all project phases . Manage and contribute to all phases of project delivery-from concept through construction administration-ensuring technical quality, code compliance, and design integrity. Coordinate with AECOMs engineering team, consultants, and other internal disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions. Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative studio culture and supporting professional development. Qualifications Minimum Requirements BA/BS in Architecture plus four (4) years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Licensed as a registered architect or proven steps towards licensure, preferably in OH Knowledge of buildings systems and material. Knowledge of local building codes. Proficient in Revit with 3D modeling skills in Sketchup and/or Rhino. Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Ability to produce design intent renderings and design concept diagrams.
