As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

What you'll need:

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:

Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.

Purpose of the Position
The Director of Marketing oversees all marketing and communications for Manor Park, Inc. (MPI) Independent Living, developing policies, driving occupancy goals, and managing staff and budget. The role also contributes as part of the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an annual strategic marketing plan targeting 95%+ Independent Living occupancy and waiting list management.
Establish annual goals and methods to meet departmental challenges.
Oversee campus-wide marketing communications, brochures, and website.
Use directories, referrals, and databases to recruit prospective residents.
Maintain understanding of entry fees, monthly fees, rental costs, and amenities across all levels of care.
Spend 20-50% of time in direct sales, including walk-ins/call-ins, recruitment meetings, tours, and client follow-up.
Manage the Move-In Coordinator to ensure occupancy within one month of contract signing (three weeks for make-ready, one week for housekeeping). Coordinate communication across departments, confirm readiness at final closing, and promptly communicate any changes to clients.
Target sales of new construction, re-sales, and wait-list expansion.
Partner with the CEO, consultants, and contractors on new construction planning and sales until all lots are sold.
Oversee new construction adjustments, upgrades, and cost proposals; ensure approvals, documentation, and communication with clients, builders, and the Move-In Coordinator.

General Responsibilities:

Position Overview
We are seeking a Field Generator Mechanic to join our growing operations team. This role will focus on the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of reciprocating natural gas generators. Responsibilities
Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on large, 4-stroke reciprocating natural gas gensets to ensure reliable performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair and overhaul mechanical, ignition, cooling, fuel system, alternator, etc.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure gensets run optimally over the long term
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs.
Support new field deployment installations along with commissioning.

Adhere to all safety precautions and procedures for work around high-voltage equipment and natural gas.
Be available for travel as needed, sometimes in remote out of state environments.
Qualifications

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Midland, TX)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include loading products, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, operating manufacturing units control systems, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times.

What you will be doing

Ensures the delivery of child life services through the assessment of and interaction with patients and families using developmentally appropriate play as a tool in assessing and meeting the child's psychosocial needs, providing a therapeutic and safe environment according to the age and needs of the patient/population served.
Ensures safe care to pediatric and neonatal patients adhering to policies, procedures, and standards of care, within budgetary specifications, including time/supply management and accuracy of practice.
A passion to work with children. Delivers child life services at a competent level, according to the Child Life skills inventory and the age and needs of the patient population.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for continuing education, skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of Midland Memorial Hospital; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to staff.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Child Life, Child Development, Family Studies or related field.
Certification in Child Life by the Child Life Council.
Works collaboratively to meet the needs of the pediatric patient throughout all areas where child care is provided.
