The Regional Perishable Operations Manager will report directly to the Sr Director of Perishables. This multi-unit field leadership role is responsible for overseeing and driving a high level of execution and operational excellence within a network of clubs. This individual will have financial accountability for the clubs they oversee. Qualifications:
5 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related field.

Job Summary
The Member Experience Leader - is responsible for assessing, teaching, and assisting the Assistant Club Managers of Member Experience (ACMMEs) for new clubs that have already completed the 6-week hub club training program. The Sr Regional IT Field Support Engineer is responsible for delivering hands-on and remote technical support to BJ's Wholesale Club locations within an assigned territory. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of in-store technology, including point of sale (POS) systems, fuel stations, hardware, End user computing (EUC), printers, mobile devices, wireless networks, and back-office applications critical to the club & fuel operations. The engineer will also maintain and oversee the sanitation of IT infrastructure in the store's computer rooms, MDF/IDF cabinets and demarc (demarcation point) in the club & fuel sites.
The engineer will report to the director managing the field support team. The engineer will work closely with Store & Fuel operations management, the corporate IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, support deployments, and implement process improvements that enhance the member experience and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software support issues within assigned clubs and fuel stations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving:
POS terminals, scanners, printers, and payment processing devices.
Fuel station terminals, controllers, and related systems.
Member-facing kiosks and self-checkout units.
Store and fuel stations network connectivity (wired and wireless).
Inventory management and back-office applications.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Mobile Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mobile development efforts. In this role, this person will collaborate with others to support and improve our mobile platforms, helping to deliver a smooth and consistent experience for Club Team Members. As a Mobile Engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow their skills while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance our mobile environment.
Responsibilities:
Experience with Airwatch/Workspace One, preferably in a retail environment.
Experience with deployment of Mobile Devices (iPads, Rugged Tablets, Zebra.)
Support all Mobility related upgrades, and Lifecycle Management for Clubs & Distribution Centers.
Coordinate and communicate with all IT departments, application developers, internally & externally to support and implement new solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting all mobility issues on android, and iOS platforms.
Regularly monitor MDM Environment from a device standpoint to identify areas of improvement.
Assist in the continuous evaluation of the environment from a device standpoint and provide engineering recommendations.
Experience in Honeywell Mobility including configuring, deploying, maintaining, patching & supporting.
Experience with enrolling and managing Honeywell & VoCollect units into Workspace One.
Competencies:
Familiarity with Zebra Mobility, including TC51, TC52x,TC53e, MC9300, VC80X, and VC8300 devices.
Experience in Honeywell Mobility & VoCollect devices.
Ability to assist in troubleshooting and supporting mobile device performance and availability.
Support the creation and maintenance of documentation for the Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment.
Closely work with Network, Virtualization, Security, Active Directory/Exchange teams to support solution rollouts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel locally to clubs as needed.

At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $77,500.00 - $103,000.00
