SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: n/a QUALIFICATIONS: The Food and Beverage Supervisor possesses a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.). The Food and Beverage Supervisor must be a strong team player and people developer. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Prior food and beverage customer service, bartender, drink preparation and food handling experience. Must have completed Serving Alcohol Responsibly training and be T.I.P.S. certified, must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol and possess any local alcohol serving requirements. Supervisory training and knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in Food and Beverage Management preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Bowling environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance. The noise level is typical for bowling.
