Job Overview

Salary and Work Schedule

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner to drive product vision and execution. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a compelling storyteller, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure consistent delivery of business value by analyzing, prioritizing and delivering features and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
* Own and manage a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
* Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize delivery for maximum impact.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital features.
* Use analytics, testing, and feedback to optimize digital experiences.
* Communicate delivery progress, risks, and results with stakeholders and leadership.
The 37.5-hour work week is scheduled from Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
A hybrid schedule will be available once trained to work independently, with three days reporting to our Lincoln, RI office and two days working from home.
This role does not currently offer employment visa sponsorship.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in product ownership or digital product delivery.
* Proven experience working in Agile environments and leading scrum teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in digital analytics platforms.
* Excellent communication skills as well as engaging and collaborative.
* Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes and coach others.
* Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.
* Ability to story tell and craft compelling narratives for product vision and features
