As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

What you'll need:
Lift up to 70 pounds

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive strategic execution by identifying potential suppliers, creating bid packages, and running the RFQ process.

Position Overview:
A Manager of Maintenance & Reliability will oversee a team of technicians with a focus on ensuring equipment availability, identifying and eliminating equipment failures, and planning, scheduling, and performing maintenance. This is an essential onsite position, which requires regular onsite attendance.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Availability
Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance strategies and reliability practices to enhance the performance and lifespan of automation equipment.
Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
Implement reliability-centered maintenance practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.
Team leadership
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.

Prepare and present routine reports to senior management on equipment status, maintenance activities, and performance improvements.
Continuous Improvement
Understand importance of equipment to business functions related to overall systems.
Seek opportunities for data based predictive maintenance
Collaborate with Senior and Principal Industrial, Material Handling and Software Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, as well as end users for system improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree required: Engineering (Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical), Facilities management, or similar area of study.
At least 5 years of work experience in a maintenance or reliability role or related field.
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Certified CMRP or ASQ CRE (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of industrial automated systems, maintenance best practices, and control systems.
Physical Requirements:

The base pay range for this position is:
$109,000 to $132,000

Job Summary
Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Thoroughly understand the operation of the ultrasound machine and utilize new technologies. Performs a variety of ultrasound examinations. Establishes and maintains ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients and all organizational staff.
Maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase the level of understanding and knowledge of the sonography field. Displays empathy, compassion, and integrity.
Possesses an understanding of cross-sectional anatomy. Conducts self professionally at all times, even during moments of high stress.
Assists when necessary with the maintenance of accreditation requirements and processes. Understands age-related protocols for various testing. Coordinate work with physicians or other healthcare team members, including providing assistance during invasive procedures when applicable.
Supervises and train students and medical sonographers as needed. Reports and calls in-service requests on equipment when needed.
Additionally, based on the facility, some Sanford markets/facility sites may expand job responsibilities to include echocardiography.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year
equivalent work experience is preferred.
Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible.
Registry preferred within two years after hiring.
If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and re-certification as necessary is required.
For employees who provide outreach mobile services, maintenance of a valid driver's license and good driving record is required. This may include passenger on flights and occasional overnight stays at assigned sites. Employees are held to the Sanford category driver's license policy and medical guidelines when applicable for job duties.

What you will do:
* Ensure that electrical and instrumentation maintenance work is performed in compliance with regulations and company O&M procedure requirements.
* Comply with Enbridge maintenance plan and enter completed PM's into the Maximo database.

* Complete all mandatory safety, technical, and OQ training.
* Develop and execute equipment lock-outs.

* Assist Mechanical Technicians as required.

Who you are:
You have the following education & experience:
