Pay and Benefits are good.
Work culture is atrocious. Owners allow dogs on premises that bite people, they drink half the day, the front desk is unclean and unprofessional. Delivery services wont even go to the main office because of the dogs that nip and bit at them.
Pay is good. A few employees, (not the owners) are great to work with. Nothing else is good about this sketchy place.
Nothing. Horrible people management.
They don’t listen to suggestion.
Don’t waste your time.
