The first time I used them - in the '80 they were amazing. Very professional.
the second time; items are missing, things are broken, they were to arrive early morning, showed up at 1:30pm. took 2 days for a one day move. it's a horror story
there is none. I wrote a letter over a week ago detailing everything and have not heard back. I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything.
Have been unable to get in touch with the CEO, there is not contact on the website. Calling the main number doesn't get you anywhere.

Starting students charges me $4,171.50 for a 2 stop move (one 10x20 storage unit and a 2-bedroom apartment) all within 4.7 miles radius. Should have been a one day move using 2 'working' men and one truck. The circus that took place was the most unprofessional experience I have witnessed in the industry.
