Responsibilities
* Editing of the A/V creative for a wide variety of television and film genres and compilation promos. This include clip pulls, sizzles and TV spots to promote our FAST Channels and Social accounts
* Editing of A/V creative for internal building use, including lobby and screening room operations
* Assistant Editing and Support for the Creative team
* Including but not limited to asset transcoding, exporting, rendering, prepping assets and project materials for editing and finishing
* Collaborate with the entire FAST Promos Team, Marketing, Social, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure all assets are developed and executed to meet the given strategy and deadlines
* Maintain the Nexis (internal editing server) for all editing projects
* Track project logistics including schedules and deadlines from beginning of creative to finishing
Qualifications and Skills
* 1+ years of assistant or junior editing for creative A/V with an entertainment-based agency or film studio
* Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder experience
* Comprehensive working knowledge of AV specs for broadcast, in-theater and digital platforms
* Ability to thrive and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily deadlines
* Strong knowledge of the post-production process
* Great creative instincts, good taste and creative judgement
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Revolution is now hiring for our Conversion Operator position in Vernon, CA. This position is a 10hr-12hour shift, 4-5 days a week, with the potential for overtime. The role will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining roll-feed. This position will work with the Packer to ensure that the product quality and special requests are met.
Reads and understands a job card call out specifications and confirms that the production card and product on the machine is the same and ready to run.
Operates a variety of equipment and vehicles; utilizing a variety of hand tools as required; arrange for the routine maintenance and repair of conversion equipment as needed.
Works closely with Packers and or Production Assistants, assisting with packing bags, moving pallets and the unloading of boxes.
Communicates effectively with Packers and Production Assistants of any changes or when rolls are flagged.
Performs routine checks on machine to make sure it is safe and functioning properly; reports any unsafe condition(s) of machine to the Supervisor and Maintenance.
Monitors the daily operation of the machine by ensuring that the product is effectively produced.
Threads film through rollers on conversion machine.
Qualifications
1-2 years of running machinery experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent GED.
Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
Essential reading and writing skills.
Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.

The Netflix Series Animation Contract Management team sits within the UCAN Business Affairs team and is responsible for ensuring that Above-The-Line (ATL) talent on our are paid correctly and on-time, as well as tracking a variety of important option dates and deadlines.
The Role:
This is a highly cross-functional role, and the successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively and collaborate with the Business Affairs, Production Finance, Payroll, Labor, Tax, Production, Post Production and Creative teams. This person will also act as a strategic thought partner to those cross-functional teams across innovative deal structures. The Contract Management Coordinator will have extremely strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will exemplify the core Netflix Values, be adaptable to change, and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. This person will need to be self-motivated and must have the ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time-frames in a fast-paced environment.
In This Role You Will:
* Proactively review, evaluate and execute the contractual financial obligations of agreements and deal terms for ATL talent working on our series, both domestically and internationally. Our team handles payments for rights, scripts, writers, producers, consultants, casting and voice directors, production companies and more. The payments we handle can cover projects from development through launch of the series.
* Prepare one-time payment authorizations and recurring payment schedules for ATL talent to facilitate timely and accurate payments. Payments are processed internally via accounts payable or payroll. Our team provides guidance for applicable guild minimums, as well as guild PH&W rates and caps. In addition, you should be familiar with loan out corporations, pay entities, local tax withholding obligations, etc.
* Track deadlines for ATL deals from the development phase through reversion, including subsequent seasons, talent and rights option deadlines and hold periods. We draft and issue relevant notices, including extensions, and option exercise notices. We track writers' room engagements, various development and production milestone deliveries, and order-to-series deadlines.
* Create and maintain WGA tracking spreadsheets and liaise with writers' room support staff, as well as Netflix Creative and Business Affairs, for episodic script reporting and to ensure timely payments.

The range for this role is $70,000 - $175,000.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an individual to lead strategic and impactful photography campaigns driven by creative materials -unit photography, social, editorial, gallery photo shoots, and event photography. The role requires a high level of creativity, an inquisitive, innovative personality and a strong project management background. The Netflix Photo Studio specializes in capturing impactful imagery that shapes, enhances and supports our Global marketing, publicity, social, and product campaigns for our Netflix Original content including series, films, and documentaries.
Spearheading all photography capture on set during productions of Netflix Original Series, this role utilizes knowledge of TV/film productions, talent/filmmaker relations, and events. A successful candidate is someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. They have a strong roster and deep relationships with unit, entertainment, and editorial photographers. They must have a strong project management background and are able to strategically plan and execute across multiple projects simultaneously. This candidate must be extremely well organized, creative, a succinct communicator, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They must be self-motivated, possess integrity and able to work autonomously across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will use sound judgment to make wise decisions, think strategically and drive their colleagues to do the same.
This role will work cross-functionally with the Netflix marketing, publicity, product, and social teams, as well as show production, talent reps, and external photographers and producers throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. A strong knowledge of IATSE 600 rules and regulations is preferred.
This job is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Director, Netflix Photography Studio.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Develop and execute a photography strategy, per project/title, to capture, produce and utilize impactful visual assets to enhance and support the publicity, social, and marketing campaign throughout its lifecycle
* Hire and oversee unit photographers, including script and schedule review and drive communication with production
* Oversee a slate of projects that include multiple original series
* Drive communication with lead campaign publicist, marketing/social teams, showrunners/filmmakers and talent reps
* Produce out of character editorial photography with Netflix talent on certain campaigns
* Assist with the asset management and servicing of photographic material
* Produce gallery and marketing still photo shoots
* Oversee retouching of unit photography.
* Manage talent approvals on all unit and gallery photography.
* Oversee photography needs for premieres and events.
* Manage budgets, open internal POs and negotiate rates with third party vendors.
Skills and Requirements:
* 8+ years experience at a network, studio, or editorial outlet
* Strong roster of unit, entertainment, and editorial photographers
* Strategic thought-partner and strong team player
* Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills
* Strong eye for producing impactful photo assets
* Experience working with international markets is preferred
* Ability to handle high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people and departments simultaneously and manage competing priorities
* Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, think strategically, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
* Must possess solid organizational, effective time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
* Understand and interest in Federal copyright laws, usage licenses and embargoes
* Understand the photography industry
* Strong knowledge in digital file specs & size formats
* Extensive knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Pro is preferred
* Versed in Local 600 rules and regulations preferred
