The purpose of the Supervisor, Analytics Reporting position is to actively monitor and report on the performance of models in production. In addition, to coach and support a team in developing an increased knowledge of the systems and internal methodologies.

Develop complex programming to extract and manipulate data

Target Compensation: A competitive base salary range from$154,837 - $227,09. This position is eligible for an annual variable bonus of cash and equity, between 10-20%. Bonus amounts are based on individual performance. Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications.
Candidates who reside in the following major metropolitan areas may be eligible for a premium on top of the posted range based on their specific zone: San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, New York City, Los Angeles and San Diego.

The Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of Credit Acceptance's consumer-focused email and SMS campaigns. This role is responsible for designing and managing targeted marketing journeys that engage consumers at critical points in the car-buying lifecycle.
This position plays a key role in connecting consumers with affordable vehicle financing options while ensuring compliance, personalization, and measurable marketing performance.
Outcomes and Activities:
Develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS for known leads and prior customers.
Create cohesive marketing journeys for prospective car buyers with vehicle, financing, and dealership related content and recommendations.
Map and identify key moments in the car buying process to generate campaign/test ideas.
Partner with product and marketing team members to enable ways to market vehicle inventory to consumers.
Build segmentation and audience strategies using first-party and behavioral data to deliver timely and relevant communications.
Partner with creative, analytics, dealer, brand, product, and legal teams to ensure campaigns are effective, brand-aligned, and fully compliant with all marketing regulations.
Collaborate with analytics to measure campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and develop test-and-learn frameworks for continuous improvement.
Manage campaign builds within marketing automation platform, including list management, quality assurance, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership based on campaign results and customer research.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, testing, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of consumer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles within a financial or regulated industry.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and connect metrics to business outcomes.

Experience marketing to subprime or credit-challenged consumers.

Targeted Compensation: $115,900 - $162,000 base salary + an annual bonus plan
