I begin working at State Farm in 2014. It was a great company. It appeared to be a great place to grow.
The company begin to change for the worst around 2017. They began to hire anyone and the opportunity to grow was dependent upon "who you know" versus "what you know". The pay isn't the best compared to other similar roles.
Easy to get hired.
People, family friendly, opportunities
Pension but they don’t offer that to new employees now
Learning new things and challenging environment
Agent not there so no structure
