NO Cons of working with State Farm
My favorite benefits of working with State Farm was the environment and culture of success and entrepreneurship we had on display. Constantly challenging each other and making sure customers were treated with 1st class and appropriate products for their everyday needs.
The CEO and leadership team had a clear goal of helping the client in any way possible.
I would improve the culture by remaining true to the overall mission of the company.
I prepared for the State Farm interview by doing my homework on the company, sales strategies, market trends, and staing abreast of state and federal regulations.
The compensation was above average in my opinion. We were flooded with clients and opportunities everyday to hit our goals.
The representation of diverse demographics within the organization is paramount to success. We have a multi-cultural enviroment and our office has to reflect that and be prepared to service every client, regardless of background, etc.
The most joy is seeing customers receive the information they need to make the right decisions for their family.
Great opportunity to meet and communicate with people of many backgrounds and cultures.
