What You'll Do As a Cook 2, you will: * Prepare a variety of food items for meals at two residential facilities, producing approximately 1,000 meals per day using commercial kitchen equipment. * Instruct and supervise clients assigned to kitchen duties, providing training on food safety, sanitation practices, and safe equipment use while modeling pro-social work habits. * Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards, monitoring residents for compliance and addressing behavioral or procedural issues through coaching or disciplinary actions when necessary. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment, following Health Department guidelines to prevent foodborne illness.
