Position Overview
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures and contact requirements and other duties, as assigned. This position receives calls from child support customers and other stakeholders and responds following Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements, processes correspondence in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements. Customer Service Representatives document correspondence and contacts in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements and are responsible for completing SMI system and State system updates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements.

Required Experience:
Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the work
Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad and have experience and knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
Pay rate is $15.00/hr

Responsibilities
Prepare or direct preparation of food served using established production procedures
Determine amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems
Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders
Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved
Keep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation
Prep all food for next shift and for the following day
Work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints about food service as needed
Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse work staff.
Must be able to prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure items are prepared on time and meet the quality and consistency standards.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1-year experience cooking at a restaurant or full-service hotel
Culinary school 2-4 year degree preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs

Job Summary:
As a Project Analyst at SMI, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects related to payment processing and fintech solutions. You will leverage your expertise in project management and your knowledge of payment processing and/or fintech solutions to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The role will report to the Vice President of Project Management.
Key Functions/ Basic Duties:
Project Planning and Execution: Help lead projects and initiatives, managing business requirements, timing, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies, and milestones. Education and/ or Experience:

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency in project management software, including Smartsheet and Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of payment processing systems, fintech solutions, and relevant industry regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP or other relevant project management certification.
Language Skills: Speaks English fluently.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Smartsheet.
