Essential Responsibilities of the Human Resources (HR) Manager include, but not limited to:
Directly responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retention of qualified and efficient employees.
Participates in and represents the Company in job fairs and recruiting events.
Ensures that employees are developed and utilized to their maximum potential by controlling the implementation, administration, and monitoring of all training programs.
Instructs training classes (including New Employee Orientation, safety training etc.) analyzes training needs and reviews classes administered. Consults with and makes recommendations to the management staff for additional training classes. Responsible to ensure that all required training and training classes are completed.
Reads and analyzes evaluations and goals to ensure appraisal comments are appropriate and goals are measurable and achievable.
Directs and administers employee relations programs and activities such as employee recognition and service award ceremonies, social functions and general hotel meetings to maintain a positive employee relations climate.
Responds to all unemployment claims and appeals when required.
Maintains all hotel personnel records and Human Resource files ensuring confidentiality.
Responsible for preparing and submitting all payroll related information to corporate office for bi-weekly processing of the properties’ payroll.
Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws as well as regulations and court rulings, which pertain to Human Resources by reviewing current management practices, implementing new procedures and communicating verbally and in writing any new requirements.
Qualification Requirements:
3+ years experience as an HR Manager in a full service hotel environment preferred.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages is a plus.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of Human Resource practices and procedures as well as payroll standards and controls.
Must have high level of proficiency in MS Office products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide legible communication internally and with corporate contacts.
Problem solving, financial analysis and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
Load housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies
Strip all beds in checked-out rooms and drop all dirty linens to the laundry before any cleaning is done
Obtain executive housekeeper’s signature on his/her work assignment sheet
Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards
Inspect room for safety hazards & for the operating conditions of equipment • Check for damaged linens
Report lost and found articles and maintenance problems to a supervisor
Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special guest requests
Record room status on work assignment sheets
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience required
Attention to detail
Previous customer service experience
Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
The line cook will prepare or direct preparation of food served using established production procedures. The Line Cook will also...
Determine amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems
Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders
Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved
Keep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation
Prep all food for next shift and for the following day
Work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints about food service as needed
Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse work staff.
Must be able to prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure items are prepared on time and meet the quality and consistency standards.

Line Cook Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1-year experience cooking at a restaurant or full-service hotel
Culinary school 2-4 year degree preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs
