Your Specific Responsibilities:
Collaborates closely with Business Intelligence (BI) technical staff and Tolls Team in the definition and assimilation of new facilities, tolling implementation, and reporting requirements. Assists with loading, processing, and validating of data into the Data Warehouse, ensuring data completeness and accuracy. Communicates regularly with users of the data warehouse to facilitate the use of data sources held within the warehouse. Create reports for Turnpike as directed.
Supports the development of annual budgets, capital improvement plans, and legislative financial reports. Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software for scenario planning and reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for toll collection efficiency and back-office system performance. Collaborate with operations, technology, and policy teams to assess the financial impact of toll policy changes, rate adjustments, and operational initiatives.
Retrieves data from reporting systems and uses spreadsheet applications to prepare periodic reporting of toll transactions and revenues for inclusion in the Turnpike financial statements and operation reports. Analyzes Florida's Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) traffic and revenue data as well as other participating toll agencies. Identifies changes in traffic patterns, performs trending analysis, and resolves system anomalies related to traffic and revenue reporting. Researches issues impacting traffic and revenue analysis and reporting and provides written and oral reports to management.
Monitors actual traffic, and traces toll transaction data from individual toll lanes to the SunPass/TBP back office. Analyzes toll transaction data and ensures traffic and revenue reporting are complete and accurate. Develops and maintains tools to identify transaction processing issues and reports findings to management.
Analyzes and evaluates toll data center system changes related to transaction processing in the toll lanes and back-office systems. Assesses the impacts of such events on traffic and revenue information stored by the Data Warehouse. Identifies necessary adjustments, changes, and solutions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of such information. Coordinates with Tolls and Information Technology teams on necessary corrective action.
Communicate with operational staff to ensure that the application of business rules and processing, related to toll revenue collection, are properly documented and captured through established reporting systems.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for investigating financial and non-financial complaints against condominium, cooperative and timeshare associations. This includes:

Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is part of OIR's Application Unit, which analyzes insurers' licensing and corporate amendment applications. The primary duties, responsibilities, and educational requirements are taken from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Company Licensing Handbook. This position requires extensive training and education and requires the employee to exercise discretion and judgement in determining the appropriate action based on the financial condition and prospective solvency of the insurance company being analyzed.
This position will primarily handle all types of non-domestic licensing applications. The primary duties of the position are:
* Analyze and make recommendations as to whether filed primary (domestic), redomestication, or expansion (foreign/alien) applications for Florida certificate of authority meet statutory requirements to be granted authorization pursuant to Chapter 624, Florida Statutes.
* Analyze and make recommendations as to whether filed Prepaid Limited Health Service Organization and Discount Plan Organization applications for a Florida certificate of authority meet statutory requirements to be granted authorization in the state of Florida pursuant to Chapter 636, Florida Statutes.
* Analyze and make recommendations as to whether filed Health Maintenance Organization and Prepaid Health Clinic applications for a Florida certificate of authority meet statutory requirements to be granted authorization in the state of Florida pursuant to Chapter 641, Florida Statutes.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for investigating financial and non-financial complaints against condominium, cooperative and timeshare associations. This includes:
* Identifying and applying specific portions of the Florida Statute with regard to allegations made against an association;
* Reviewing evidence provided to determine if the evidence is sufficient to move forward with an investigation;
* Making calls to witnesses, complainants, and respondents to obtain verbal and written statements;
* Preparing written letters to complainants and respondents;
* Preparing detailed investigative reports to outline each allegation that was investigated;
* Maintaining a wide range of general knowledge of Department and other agency functions in order to provide referral information to the public as needed;
* Effectively monitor case load to ensure cases are processed in a timely manner;

The Division of Administrative & Information Technology Services assists in preparing the Commission's Budget and consists of two bureaus, Administrative Services and Information Technology Services.
The Bureau of Administrative Services administers the agency's human resource program, handles all financial transactions and accounting records maintenance. The bureau also processes all agency purchasing, security and safety issues, leasing, surplus property, and fleet management. Additionally, the bureau supports imaging, duplicating, mail distribution, audiovisual, hearing and conference room operations, and fax systems.
The Bureau of Information Technology Services monitors and evaluates the information processing and telephony needs, proposing enhancements to information processing resources and providing technical support services. Additionally, the bureau manages the agency-wide administrative procedures manual, forms inventory/ tracking programs, and live streaming of Commission events.
Description of Job Duties:
The Operations Analyst I position is located within the Support Services Section of the Division of Administrative and IT Services. This position will be the lead in operation of daily Commission's mail operations including courier deliveries; and assist in various areas of the Support Service Section including mail distribution, supplies and printing delivery services. This position will also be lead in the high-volume, computer-based publishing system; assist the Operations Manager in planning work production to assure smooth workflow and conformity to standards; requests service on equipment as needed; operate document scanning equipment, folder/inserter and spiral binder; serves as backup to the OAII in posting incoming utility assessment fees from utility companies for audit purpose and ensures expeditious delivery of revenues to the Commission's cashier for deposit.
Minimum Qualifications:
Special consideration will be given to applicants with two or more years' experience in mail operations, one or more years' experience in digital imaging and one or more years' in copying and printing.
This position requires possession of a valid driver license.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position will be in Martin County Florida with the Bureau of Epidemiology, Immunization Section. This position will assist in covering Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, Glades and Hendry counties. The incumbent is a member of the immunization field staff, assisting in data collection, tracking, technical assistance under the supervision of an Immunization Section Operations Management Consultant II. In their assigned geographic area, the incumbent works with County Health Departments (CHDs), private health care providers, private and public school officials and other groups in fulfilling federal immunization grant requirements. The incumbent will perform Immunization Section Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program related site visits to ensure Federal and State requirements are being met. The incumbent will administratively support the area's other Operations Analyst I positions.
Conducts VFC field site which include the following:
* VFC Compliance Visit- A tool for assessing provider compliance with key eligibility, documentation, inventory, and storage, and handling requirements. Each VFC provider must receive a Compliance Visit yearly.
* Unannounced Storage & Handling (USH) Visit- A tool for assessing compliance with key storage and handling requirements in the period between Compliance Visits.
* Enrollment (OSR) Visit - All providers must undergo an initial site visit to ensure that they understand and can comply with program and vaccine storage requirements which assesses the provider's readiness to received VFC vaccine.
* VFC Contact Visit - Any additional provider visits or interaction not related to VFC Compliance or USH Visit is documented as a VFC Contact and is directly related to communicating VFC Program requirements.
Responsible for data compiling, collection, and entry into appropriate software and format as well as the preparation or applicable reports.
Responsible for providing training to community partners in areas which may include, but not limited to, the Health Management System (HMS), Florida SHOTS, reminder and recall activities, vaccines storage and handling, and recommended immunization schedules for infants, adolescents, and adults.
Supports the Immunization Section's initiative to improve immunization coverage rates and decrease missed opportunities.
Coordinate field office program activities with private schools in region and use data from school survey activities to develop and provide private-provider training designed to improve school immunization compliances and documentation requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Ability to conduct quality assessments and improvement activities
* Ability to collect and enter data for Immunization assessments using Florida Shots
