Position Overview
The Executive Secretary I position is an integral part of the facility administrative team. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated administrative secretary who will assist with conducting special projects, gathering data for reports, confer with other government office representatives and the general public concerning rules, regulations and procedures. Essential Functions
* As an administrative secretary, conducts special projects and studies by gathering data, coordinating, monitoring, and completing assigned projects.
* As secretary, prepares and keyboards highly confidential correspondence, minutes of staff meetings and other meetings.
* Maintains accurate files of D.R.'s, A.D.'s, I.D.'s advising Assistant Warden of changes.
* Prepares documents notifying appropriate staff of department head meetings and of scheduled meetings for committee in which the Assistant Wardens are chairpersons.
* Functions as a receptionist.
* Arranges travel for personnel.
* Plans and orders office supplies.
* Serves as backup Major's Secretary.
* Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
* Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of two (2) years of secretarial or business college and one (1) year secretarial experience OR completion of high school and three (3) years of secretarial experience.
* Requires ability to keyboard 55 words per minute.
Qualifying state employees in the employee Upward Mobility Program, may complete combinations of specific proficiency tests and training programs leading to a certificate of proficiency in lieu of the stated requirements for this classification.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prefers at least one (1) year of experience of performing office secretarial duties/responsibilities.
* Prefers at least one (1) year of experience of utilizing Microsoft Office Tools.

Working closely with HR stakeholders, IT Staff, and Oracle support, the Oracle HCM Technical Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining business continuity, supporting compliance requirements, and driving continuous improvement across CHA's HCM platform.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as both the primary administrator for Oracle HCM modules and the technical liaison for user departments, leveraging a proactive approach to identify and drive new business development initiatives.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle HCM integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces.
Manage technical aspects of quarterly patches, cumulative bundles, and maintenance releases: perform environment refreshes (Dev/Test/Prod), validate post-refresh configuration/data integrity, and coordinate deployment to production.
Develop Fast Formulas across HCM modules.
Create & optimize OTBI and BI Publisher reports
Manage all aspects of system configurations, security, and performance, including troubleshooting issues.
Support business development through contributions to solution proposals, design, and review, while also conducting risk assessments and presenting solutions to clients.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.
Be proficient in writing/debugging long running queries (PL/SQL)
Collaborate with functional HR teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
Document technical designs, integration specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), change logs, and environment configurations to support audit, compliance, and continuity.
Participate in cross-functional projects and act as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Oracle HCM technical role. Experience in building Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and OTL Fast formulas. Knowledge and hands on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Time and Labor Modules with proven project delivery through full life cycle from requirements through deployment/support. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work independently and also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Oracle certification (HCM Cloud or related) and/or membership in Oracle Partner Network is a plus.

Provide coverage for PTO and other site backup required for OSS programs

Position Overview

Position Purpose:
The Account Executive- Healthcare Solutions is responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing hospital clients through high levels of service to expand and strengthen the relationship. This role is a member of the sales team and will be accountable for customer planning, administration, monitoring, and optimizing the revenue potential and operational performance of their branch's accounts. Key Job Activities:
* Maintains and develop existing customers through appropriate and ethical methods in order to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction and retention
* Maintain a high-profile presence in the market by conducting client care visits; turning a sales relationship into a long-term partnership. This requires being in the field visiting current and prospective accounts at least three to four days per week
* Proactively conducts strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis in order to review service needs,usage trends and to demonstrate needs-based data to drive retention and new business
* Formulates strategies to retain customers and to drive growth goals
* Handles and resolves all issues and concerns in a timely manner
* Completes standard internal weekly, monthly and quarterly reports along with any ad hoc reporting requests

* Handles and responds to all customer problems and inquiries expediently and in the best interest of both the customer and WMHS
* Establishes personal relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned territory
* Serve as a Helpful Expert in exceeding customer expectations on a regular basis
* Partner with the operations team on retention, customer issues and concerns
* Debrief on any service issues with operations leadership

Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree (accredited) with an emphasis on Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is required or in lieu of degree
High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relative work experience
* 4 years of work experience in account management, direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone-based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments (in addition to education requirement)
* Previous industry experience, including an understanding of document destruction and/or records management, business continuity and risk management solutions is preferred
* The expected base pay range for this position is $61,100 to $84,180. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications and work location
