Assists in ordering, receiving, storing, and managing the accountability of all food service items. Primary Function:
ChristianaCare is currently seeking a Full-Time Cook II who will prepare and serve food to patients and customers according to standardized recipes. The Cook II will be responsible for opening and closing the department, which includes cash handling procedures. Provides direction to Cook I's and Service Assistants. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent is responsible for the daily implementation and execution of ongoing training classes for Food Safety certification and assists in developing and facilitating training materials for staff.
