Calibration of pneumatic and associated HVAC controls on a preventative maintenance and as needed basis. Calibrate and replace pressure reducing valves for steam and water.
Assists in the installation, inspection, adjustment, preventative maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, water pumps, chillers, air conditioning units, exhaust fans, air filters, and compressors.
Understands all mechanical pressure measurements, all types of pressure gauges.
Assists in the performance of preventative maintenance activities, and the maintenance of related records and logs.
Performs maintenance and repairs of various HVAC equipment including air handlers, VAV boxes, fan coils, heat pumps and split systems.
Assists in required daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual required building inspections, and institute required corrections and/or Preventative Maintenance systems and schedules as needed.
