Who we are looking for
This role is the Transaction Monitoring Lead Analyst responsible for the continued design and deployment of suspicious activity monitoring models relating to digital assets within State Street's Financial Crimes Compliance function. The Lead Analyst's responsibilities focus on the development, testing, implementation, and operation of State Street's suspicious activity monitoring models and investigative tools as they relate to public blockchains and digital assets. 3+ years of suspicious activity monitoring of digital assets experience with responsibilities including data modeling or data analysis is key for success in the role.
What you will be responsible for
Support AML and business stakeholders with the development and documentation of suspicious activity monitoring models
Fulfill model owner responsibilities, inclusive of model development documentation, model implementation plans, and ongoing monitoring
Develop user stories to deploy and improve suspicious activity monitoring of digital transactions and entities
Drive efficiency in the Financial Crimes Compliance operational processes through investigative tool design
Collaborating with other elements of State Street's AML Compliance program as required, including the policy, risk assessment and KYC teams, including appropriate data sourcing and management options to support a variety of models and applications
Foster confidence in the accuracy and effectiveness of models and processes through continuous challenge and ongoing monitoring

What you will be responsible for
As Currency Management, Product and Client Change Manager, AVP you will:
Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during special events and transitions. Effectively communicate currency overlay and trading concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of special events and transitions, including fund launches, mandate changes, and large-scale currency overlay adjustments. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Technical Execution: Utilize your technical skills to automate processes using Python & SQL, and contribute to the development of custom tools and reports to support special events and transitions.

Skills and Experience
Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial services, Foreign Exchange or a related field, with a focus on project management, transitions, or special events. Experience working in a client-facing role is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and basic Python programming. Experience with data analysis, automation, and report generation is essential.
Risk Acumen: Deep understanding of risk management principles, particularly in the context of financial services and currency management. Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
Communication: Understanding of fund accounting /custody/ transfer agency operations.

The Accounting team is seeking a highly committed, technically sound and organized Billing Manager,AssistantVicePresident that is detail oriented, to support the monthly invoice process, monthly close and ad hoc requests/projects. What you will be responsible for
The role will involve understanding both financial and operational aspects of the business with the successful candidate being able to follow and update procedures. There will be opportunities to analyze and provide concise insights to both members of the team and business partners.
As the Sr. Accountant you will
Prepare monthly client billing ensuring proper, accurate and timely invoice preparation and the resolution of discrepancies for multiple entities in multi currencies
Provide support and book necessary revenue entries for the monthly close
Responsible for properly recording foreign currency transactions
Prepare select balance sheet and revenue account analysis and reconciliations
Prepare year end schedules and support for internal and external audits
Review data ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Maintain accounting system data
Utilize current documentation and tools/methodologies, recommend new solutions to improve/automate existing and processes and support new initiatives
Build strong relationships and coordinate with peers, other business groups and leaders across the enterprise and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities
Investigate and recommend revisions to accounting procedures and systems to satisfy process improvement initiatives
Other duties as warranted.
Requirements and Recommendations
A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
A minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate accounting, billing and/or accounts receivable
Experience in a software company is strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to provide clear and professional communications with internal and external individuals including senior management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to achieve results without close supervision.
Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and also has the strong desire to work as a member of a team.
