Key Responsibilities:
Direct overall hospice branch operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (CMS, Medicare, Joint Commission, etc.)
Provide clinical oversight and ensure timely and accurate documentation of hospice services
Interview, hire, supervise, evaluate, and support interdisciplinary hospice staff including RN Clinical Managers, RNs, LPNs, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers
Oversee patient admissions and care planning, ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process
Promote a culture of excellence in hospice nursing, end-of-life care, and family support
Conduct performance evaluations, assign workloads fairly, and address employee concerns
Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts and maintain survey readiness
Monitor financial performance: manage expenses, payroll, supply costs, and budgeting while driving branch revenue growth through census development, referral management, and efficient resource utilization
Maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and the broader community
About You:

Current RN license in the state of employment (required)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations leadership
Strong understanding of hospice regulations, compliance, and Medicare conditions of participation
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and interdisciplinary operations
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills

The School-Based Therapist provides therapeutic services to children and adolescents primarily in school settings, but may also provide services in community or outpatient settings. We are seeking a Home Loan Processing Specialist to join our Farm Credit family! Input all HLD loans after closing into the HLD database. Complete and mail approval and denial letters to applicants.
General Customer Support: Provide customer service to mortgage loan originators, customers, external vendors, and loan investors. Update the loan originators on the progress of the loan file in an efficient, accurate manner. Contact the loan originator or the borrower to obtain any missing documents.
Requirements:
• Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree
• 3-5 years of loan related administrative work or some customer service-related field
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Phlebotomist Floater under the direction of the area supervisor performs daily phlebotomy activities of the Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-office Phlebotomy (IOP) accurately and on time. Phlebotomist Floater works assisting with coverage of client locations as needed. Travel is required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ready to travel to a client assignment within a designated region with short notice.
Greets customers appropriately. Treat all customers in a courteous manner.
Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
Collects specimens according to established procedures. Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required. Reduces patient anxiety by providing a calm environment for patients before, during and after the collection process.
Disposes of blood or other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies. Disposes of contaminated sharps, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.
Completes requisitions accurately.
Enters patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer. Requires attention to detail to maintain high level of accuracy. Communicate with clients to confirm handwritten orders, verify test(s) ordered, obtain accurate billing information, i.e. diagnosis codes, UPIN information, etc.
Researches test/client information utilizing lab computer system.
Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order.
Package specimens for transport. Stores specimen sample according to required temperature, places samples in appropriate collection container/ tube, accurately labels, follows different procedures as outlined by specific to protocol deemed necessary for transport to maintain integrity of the specimen. Demonstrates proficiency of proper collection methods and proper processing of all specimens.
Maintains required records and documentation.
Maintains daily records and all appropriate PSC/IOP Phlebotomy logs.
Assist with compilation of monthly statistics and data.
Performs basic clerical duties, i.e. filing, faxing, and preparing mail. The person in this position is required to perform electronic data entry.
Approves time in in attendance software by noon on the Monday following the end of the pay period. Submits accurate expense and travel logs Monday for the week prior or as directed by management.

Assist patrons in registering for sports leagues in person and over the phone. Answer questions about programs, schedules, leagues, etc. Create and distribute program brochures.
Work closely with coaches and parent volunteers to help ensure sports programs are running properly, on-time and without altercations. Ensure coaches, parents and players adhere to the codes of conduct governing all sporting events.
Provides minor janitorial service to recreation facilities as needed in order to provide clean and serviceable facilities.
Assist with distribution and collection of sports uniforms, equipment, pictures, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Career Coach is the primary point of contact with the participants and others in the participant's circle of influence, meets the regulatory requirements for eligibility, participation, case notes and follow up services detailing service needs and activities/arrangements for their fulfillment, regarding employment, retention, and termination, according to data-management procedures established by program management and the funding sources.
The Career Coach will recruit for the program as well as seek employment and educational opportunities as participants complete the program, attend and conduct activities in the community relating to participant development, and identify and recruit target population of clients and employers..
Deliver skills training in software applications, work readiness skills and the development of basic remedial skills in math and reading. Develop presentation and facilitation skills to engage students in meeting program goals.
Job Development by connect with employers and community organizations on a frequent basis to market and enrich the program and the success of the participants.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Related Bachelor's degree, from an accredited College or University preferred.
Past experience working with the targeted population. 3+ years relevant work experience.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications or online database tracking systems.
Must have appropriate and valid state driver's license and be able to meet requirements for Eckerd's Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.

Store Facilities Team Member - Store #92

As a Store Facilities Team Member at Parker's, you will develop your skills while assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the store. You will assist the store team by maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards both inside and outside the store, including the fuel area. This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the store's overall appearance and functionality while ensuring that Parker's high standards are consistently met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Maintenance and Upkeep:
* Perform cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation, both inside and outside.
* Conduct general property maintenance, including cleaning parking lots, landscaping, windows, doors, restrooms, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
* Shovel and salt walkways during inclement weather to ensure safety.
Fuel Area and Compliance:
* Complete the fuel checklist daily and perform tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Clean fuel dispensers, fire extinguisher cases, fuel storage boxes, and fuel kiosks as part of regular maintenance.
* Maintain washer fluid and paper towel levels in the fuel area.
Waste and Recycling Management:
* Empty and maintain recycling machines, garbage cans, and cigarette receptacles, ensuring cleanliness throughout the store.
* Maintain cleanliness in the interior, including floors, coolers, and storage areas.
Preventive Maintenance and Safety:
* Complete and schedule minor preventive maintenance tasks to prevent larger issues.
* Stay updated on new policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards.
* Communicate any issues or concerns with the Store Leader/Shift Leaders.
Team Collaboration and Support:
* Work through cleanliness checklists to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
* Attend mandatory store meetings to stay informed and support the team with store maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Completion of necessary training upon hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, while cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas (e.g., parking lot, landscaping).
* Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and power washers.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
* Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
