Harrah's Laughlin is looking for an energetic, guest‑focused Bartender (Extra Board) who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you'll embody our Family Style Service-warm, welcoming, and committed to creating memorable moments for every guest.
What You'll Do
Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly, engaging personality
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, policies, and safety standards
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and comps with precision and professionalism
Engage guests, make recommendations, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‑focused mindset
What We're Looking For
A positive, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality
Strong communication and guest‑service skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service
Cash‑handling accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment
Must be able to work a flexible Extra Board schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid Alcohol Awareness Card & Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required)
