Antonio Pietri is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AspenTech, and also serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to his appointment to President and CEO, Pietri served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, where he led global Sales, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Customer Support & Training. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Regional Operations, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore and Beijing, China.

Arun completed his Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Distinguished Alumni. In addition, Arun received an Executive Certificate in Business Marketing from the Kellogg School of Business and completed the Executive Program in Strategy and General Management from the Columbia Business School.

Robert J. Pera (born March 10, 1978) is the founder of Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. a global communications technology company that Pera took public in 2011. In October 2012, Pera also became the owner of a professional basketball team: The Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association. At the age of 36, Pera earned a spot on Forbes list of the 10 youngest billionaires in the world.

Oleg Khaykin joined Viavi in February 2016 as President and CEO, bringing more than 28 years of industry experience to Viavi. Prior to joining Viavi, Mr. Khaykin was a Senior Advisor with Silver Lake Partners. Before that, Mr. Khaykin was President and CEO of International Rectifier from 2008 until its acquisition by Infineon AG in the January of 2015. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Amkor Technology and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Conexant Systems. Earlier in his career he spent eight years with The Boston Consulting Group and prior to that, he was an engineer at Motorola. Mr. Khaykin holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with honors from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Robert (Bob) A. Santella is the Chief Executive Officer of IPC. He has an accomplished career in the financial and capital markets spanning over three decades, including extensive experience across asset classes, ecosystem participants and front, middle, back-office trade life-cycle work-flows and systems. Previously, Bob held the position of President of Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) Global Trading Group. As President of this group, he had responsibility for all trading, network, execution, energy and market data businesses. Bob joined FIS at the end of 2015 when FIS acquired SunGard. During his tenure with SunGard, Mr. Santella served as president of various groups focused on trading and brokerage solutions. Bob joined SunGard in 2010 through its acquisition of Fox River Execution Technology, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Fox River, Bob held senior management positions at two alternative asset firms, SAM Investments and RAS Investments. He spent eight years as a senior manager at Price Waterhouse, where he held a senior leadership role within the Personal Financial Planning unit. Bob holds a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He also holds the CPA designation and the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 99 securities registrations. Allen Waugerman is president and chief executive officer of Lexmark International. He was named to this position in May 2019.​ ​ Since November 2016, Waugerman had been senior vice president and chief technology officer, responsible for Lexmark’s global research and development operations. In November 2018, Waugerman was named chairman of an executive management committee to lead Lexmark during the search for a new chief executive officer. He also served on this committee in 2017.​ Previously, Waugerman spent five years as vice president and general manager of global supplies sales and marketing. In that role, he was responsible for the marketing and sales of aftermarket supplies and services offerings. Before that, he served as general manager of small workgroup laser products. ​ ​ Waugerman has been with Lexmark since its inception in 1991, holding various staff and management positions. He began his career with IBM in 1989, where he worked on a number of manufacturing and printer development projects.​ ​ He is a Dean’s Advisory Council member for the University of Kentucky College of Engineering and serves on the board of the YMCA of Central Kentucky. ​ ​ Waugerman holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky. ​

As president and chief executive officer of Logitech, Bracken P.
