Negotiate general contracts and other customer agreements like yearly agreements, forecasting, T&C for Key Accounts Minimum of 50% travel required. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must: Possess excellent communication skills for building relationships with new contacts and strengthening relationships with existing contacts in person, as well as remotely. Be a role model and team player regarding internal collaboration by supporting peers and fostering a constructive, customer oriented and efficient collaboration. Be a self-starter, well organized and work under limited supervision. Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand the challenges customers face with their technical solution approaches. High business acumen for the commercial challenges is a plus. Have a good command of Office365 and CRM systems. Familiarity with engineering tools, e.g. AutoCAD, a plus. Have an affinity for automation and digital solutions. Education and/or Experience BSEE or BSME required. Minimum 5 years of successful field sales or business development experience. 5+ years in electrical machine integration, with industrial connectors a plus Proven track record in selling electrical components to OEMs and Integrators for electrification and automation. Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly & stand for extended periods of time. Maintain an organized & safe work environment including proper waste disposal. Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
