I love the freedom to work in the field and showcase my talents

The company grew too fast, laid off a ton of people with out any notice, started cutting corners and need to train the support staff at home office to problem solve just as much as the city staff are forced to. Endless calls 24/7 for silly issues.

Well, used to be able to have lunch each Thursday as a team, but that has been taken away with all the budget cuts. Do your self a favor, work for any one but them.

Not much

No real leadership in place, the people in chary don't have plans to address issues or efficiency. They just want you to work faster and they rarely implement any suggestions anybody has. Real disappointing place to work

You can get a drink on Fridays, that's the best perk in the whole place
