As Chief Executive Officer of MediMedia USA, Bill Goldberg oversees the strategic direction and growth of the company, leading a diverse talent base that combines expertise in population health management, patient education and health communications and engagement. He is a seasoned health care executive with years of experience collaborating with StayWell leadership through his tenure as CEO of StayWell’s parent company, MM USA Holdings, Inc. (formerly MediMedia USA, Inc.), a role he assumed in 2011 and continues today. Prior to joining MediMedia and StayWell, Bill served as CEO of Planet Biopharmaceuticals. During his tenure, Planet materially expanded its revenue growth rate, market share and margins. Previously, Bill also was President of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals; held senior management and board positions for an operator of long-term acute care hospitals, and an operator of skilled nursing facilities; and worked with a private equity investment group. Bill is a Board Member for Northwestern Memorial Foundation. He also serves as an advisor to the Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center, a freestanding component of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He conducts pro bono service in support of nonprofit health organizations, and is an Advisory Board Member for The Clean Energy Trust. Bill has served as Chairman of the Board for DNA Diagnostic Center, a private DNA testing center, since 2010. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
