This role owns a portfolio of high-impact clients and operates as the senior escalation point and internal advocate for client success. This role does not carry an individual sales quota. Success is measured by client retention, account health, team performance, and delivery of strategic outcomes.Specifically, you will: Own the relationship with our clients and their stakeholders and be responsible for the outcomes of each of their programs. Have a strong solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility, supporting multiple projects of varying complexities and priorities. Have deep experience facilitating cross-functional team discussions, including well-developed negotiation skills and providing direction while not having direct authority. Partner closely with our clients to resolve challenges involving project strategy, scope, and direction. Drive the monthly process around reporting, forecasting, and analysis of client programs. Coordinate across our clinicians, medical operations, technology, product, patient experience, and other teams as necessary. Serve as the voice of the client and their patients to our internal teams. Lead executive-level client engagements with confidence and authority, demonstrating strong executive presence and the ability to guide complex discussions, align stakeholders, and drive decisions. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years experience in Account Management or Client Services managing large, cross-functional support initiatives, with an emphasis on customer experience and quality A minimum of 3+ years of project management or program management experience, ideally in healthcare or technology A minimum of 3+ years of experience working at a start-up or in an ambiguous work environment where ownership and adaptability are required Ability to work at least 3 days from our office in St. Louis, MO or New York, NY. Ability to build and sustain client relationships Great communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead enterprise QBRs Exceptional time management and prioritization skills in a fast moving environment Ability to support renewals and growth High operational fluency and comfort partnering with technical and clinical teams. This unit specifically cares for readmitted LVADs and manage complex issues like pump clots, stroke, and manage medications. Vascular Surgery PCU Our nursing staff provides pre/post-operative care to the wide variety of interventions needed for peripheral vascular disease patients. Surgical services include endoluminal and open repair of thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms, thoracic outlet decompression, carotid artery angioplasty/stenting, carotid endarterectomies, dialysis access (fistulas/grafts), catheter-directed thrombolysis, and various bypasses and stents for aorto-iliac and upper/lower extremity occlusive disease. Cardiothoracic PCU Post Thoracic Surgery patients ranging from lung transplants, lung surgeries, and esophagectomy. In addition, we care for the Cardiothoracic population after they stabilize from the ICU. We will take care of Pre/Post CABG, Valve Repairs, Heart transplants, and other surgical procedures. Cardiac Surgery PCU We provide post-operative care to cardiac surgery patients. Our most frequent procedures are CABG (coronary artery bypass graft), Cardiac Valve Repair/Replacement, LVAD (left ventricular device implantation), Aortic repairs, and MAZE. Cardiac ICU Patients with MIs, cardiomyopathies and a variety of irregular rhythms, including life-threatening v-fib and v-tach, device designated floor LVAD, IMPELLA, intra-aortic ballon pump, Non post operative side, pre surgical heart intervention patients. Cardiothoracic ICU Patients are CTICU, had surgery from their esophagus to diaphragm, open heart surgery, cabbages, valve replacements, active heart failure program (heart is failing and only thing to do for is to add devices) ventricular assist device. Assists Assessment Unit manager in the review/analysis of Quality Scorecard Outcomes; identifies potential trends. Assesses effectiveness of Assessment Unit policies and procedures. Makes recommendations for improvements and oversees implementation of any changes. Establishes positive working relationships with internal and external staff, referral sources, including but not limited to VNS Health programs, hospitals, physicians, medical groups, community service agencies, community leaders, healthcare professionals, etc. to assist in program expansion. Assists manager in revising comprehensive assessment tools to be used to evaluate protentional new members. Provides supervisory visits to ensure that assessments meet the requirements for Community Based Long Term Care Services. Audits staff documentation to ensure timeliness for submission of assessments so that enrollments can be processed. Collaborates with manager to analyze and summarize monthly reports to identify current trends of assessment cancellation, deletions and disputes. Recommends strategies to address trends and ensure continued growth of the program. Reviews and monitors processing of new referrals, development of treatment plans for new enrollees and the documentation of prescribed services to ensure all pre and post enrollment activities are in accordance with VNS Health Plans policy, regulatory requirements and quality standards. Participates in the preparation of summary reports of enrollments, deletions, withdrawals, deferrals, CASA conversions, etc. required by HRA and DOH. Acts as a liaison between MLTC/MLTC MAP Plans, HRA and responds to requests for clarification or information regarding assessment documentation. Participates in case conferences with Medicaid Eligibility Unit, Assessment Unit, Utilization Management, Grievance and Appeals, Vendors and Care Management to resolve concerns that may hinder the assessment from being promoted to enrollment. Conducts marketing activities to potential new members, physicians and community resources designed to increase member participation. Participates in the review of clinically complex cases to ensure potential new members receive appropriate services based on clinical guidelines, evidenced base practices and medical necessity. Reviews and submits required documents on clinically complex cases to Medical Director so that a review and timely decision is made. Works with Medicaid Eligibility Unit to ensure all viable cases are scheduled timely. Performs all duties inherent in a supervisory role. Ensures effective staff training, interviews candidates for employment, evaluates staff performance, and recommends hiring, promotions, salary actions and terminations as appropriate. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Licenses and Certifications: Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State RequiredValid driver's license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card, may be required as determined by operational/regional needs.
