What's the role?
The Field Support Engineer II, with limited supervision, installs, repairs, upgrades and performs preventative maintenance on specified Carl Zeiss Meditec instrumentation in a designated field service territory. Represents Carl Zeiss Meditec at customer locations and works to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for all company issued property (inventory, tools, diagnostic equipment, vehicle, etc.) in accordance with company policies. Maintains a high level of professional communication with their team, customers, management, Sales and Technical Support.

Here's what you'll do:
Diagnose and repair all designated products within an assigned service territory, including preventative maintenance, installations and upgrades per specific training, manuals and Carl Zeiss Meditec guidelines.
Schedule, create, verify and/or modify customer visits as appropriate, by assessing customers' needs, which may include financial impact to the practice, and patients' well being.
Complete and submit a field service report on a daily basis according to written procedures as documented in the Field Service reference database.
Complete and submit a weekly expense report according to Carl Zeiss Meditec policies and procedures.
Maintain spare parts inventory according to company guidelines and return specific spare parts as designated by policy.
Support revenue growth through the promotion and retention of service agreements.
Interface with customers in a professional, pleasant and calm demeanor.
Other duties may include, but are not limited to, instructing customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
Maintains company-issued test equipment and support tools, including spare parts.
Installation and maintenance of equipment at trade shows, as requested and required.
Do you qualify?
0 - 3 years of previous field service experience required.
BS in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Technology and related fields preferred.
A+ and Net+ certification preferred.
Theoretical understanding of basic electromechanical, electronic, and optical systems.
Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques and approaches.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong computer skills with the ability to obtain specific certifications as required.
Must be able to pass required training to service fine mechanics and optics. Ability to effectively service the equipment on which training is completed.
Working Conditions and Special Demands:
Extensive overnight travel is required by automobile and air.
Must be able to travel in the US and internationally for training, meetings, exhibit support and coverage outside assigned territory. The FSE must be able to obtain sufficient credit to cover incurred business expenses which will be reimbursed upon expense report submission and approval.
The position requires an average of four (4) hours driving for service calls, per day. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
On occasion, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Thirty percent of the average workday is spent standing or walking.

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. The NA aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Colorado: Depending on facility, Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment required.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must have the ability to analyze various situations and react accordingly within split seconds. Part-time Description
We are looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to work in our deli department. A successful candidate will need to learn food safety and proper food preparation techniques. This position teaches creative presentations of prepared foods as well as learning to prepare and cook menu items. We are seeing a Client Access Specialist to join our team! This position will provide continuous daily supportive services for the Northern Pines offices. This role will support both Northern Pines clients and staff.
Essential Functions include:
Provide assistance to SUDS Director, LADC Supervisor and SUDS team (as assigned by director or supervisor) in the following areas:
Function as the first line of contact for all clients and contacts with all SUDS locations
Manage client scheduling for all LADC and SUDS MHP staff on the team
Process all SUDS intakes and referrals received
Manage all client waitlists
Update policy/ procedure boards and manual as directed by the SUDS Director to ensure current policies are reflected
Update program client orientation manual as needed and/or other SUDS forms used in the intake or Rule 25 process
Maintain familiarity with all billing issues/ codes relating to substance use programs and others assigned
Coordinate with billing staff, MN-ITS and DAANES to resolve issues
Connect clients with community resources as needed
Make internal referrals for client care within the Northern Pines system of services
Collecting urine samples for testing vendors. This may include but is not limited to: collecting and entering client information, submitting requests via online link for supplies, testing, etc.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client call log
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the operations of SUDS
Qualifications include:
