Responsibilities
Hook and unhook trailers from tractor cranking lever to raise and lower landing gear on semi-trailers.
Inspect trailers/truck for defects and make sure they are in safe operating condition before, during, and after trips. The driver must submit in writing, a report of the condition of the truck/trailer at the end of each day or upon switching equipment if repairs are required.
Check shipping paperwork to determine the nature of the load
Drive the truck to and from its destination in accordance with Federal and State regulations along with complying with company policies.
Apply knowledge of commercial driving skills maneuvering vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations i.e.: heavy traffic, inclement weather, and/or tight loading and unloading areas.

Maintain on a daily basis the proper handling and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork related to truck operation and scrap movement.

Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language sufficient to communicate with law enforcement, and company personnel. You must be able to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You must have working knowledge of vehicle safety control systems.
Ability to perform simple math calculations with mental ability to handle receipts, maintain logs, read road maps and instructions.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience

* 5 years of related experience in manufacturing, process control, or quality
* Lean Certification or Six Sigma Green Belt desirable

The Director ensures that the engineering teams works collaboratively with operations, sales, and supply chain departments to achieve company objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, by example, in adhering to Belvac's Basic Beliefs and Vision Statement to assure that a highly motivated, well trained, and managed workforce is maintained. Develop and maintain a working relationship with all other functional areas, at all levels, to maximize the flow of information and utilization of resources and to coordinate the efforts and achievement of company objectives.
Drive value engineering of all Belvac products to create competitive advantages with cost and performance of the equipment. Work closely with the Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and the Aftermarket teams to implement new customer centric solutions.
The Director Global Engineering must demonstrate natural leadership abilities, being able to influence and inspire a cross-functional team and influence senior engineering leadership. The individual's people skills must inspire trust and confidence in others who will then readily follow in their insights and directives.
Develops and executes an engineering strategic plan that aligns with the direction of the organization, voice of the customer, and associated budget.
Creates and maintains detailed project plans to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-efficient method. The task-based projects plans must utilize Gantt Chart methodology to ensure resources are properly scheduled and accountable to achieve desired results.
Work with Engineering management to ensure that all new products are designed and optimized for manufacture, that process validations are fully complete and that all related process documentation is in place prior to manufacturing startup and product launch.
Supports and drives active Engineering participation in company Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Implements and maintains KPI's to track departmental performance and utilizes structured problem-solving processes to drive corrective actions.
Actively participates in design for manufacturability reviews and customer field issues. Ensures the Engineering team is proactively addressing issues in a timely manner.
Develop personnel through effective delegation of responsibility and authority, and through formal and informal training. Identify subordinates who possess high potential for advancement within the organization and mentor them to fulfill the potential.
Control department expenses and capital within agreed limits and budgets, following company policies and procedures.
Supports department efforts to achieve and maintain ISO 9001 Registration and other company programs.
Meet all performance measures as required & agreed by the Executive Vice President
Education:
B.S. Engineering required, Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
Formal Lean Six Sigma Training - Black Belt preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience required along with 10 years progressive work experience in a technical machinery environment, preferable high speed manufacturing equipment (OEM or equivalent).
Must be proficient in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent 3D CAD software. In-depth knowledge of industry design drafting standards such as ISO and ANSI Y14. Must have excellent technical written communication skills and verbal presentation skills utilizing Microsoft Office products.
Design experience preferred in high-speed rotating machinery. Knowledge of CE (European Safety Standards). Knowledge of gear design, power transmission components, PLC electrical systems and software.

General Function:
The Sr. Financial Analyst is a critical role in the: The Monthly/Quarterly Accounting/reporting close process, leading/organizing the percentage of completion revenue recognition process and ensuring adequate Controls and Compliance throughout Belvac worldwide.
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting the business to implement efficient and diligent financial practices and is heavily involved in the day to day running of the accounting function. The Role will assist in developing standard accounting procedures and business decision support, implement process and procedural improvements across the business, actively participate in the monthly financial close and other financial requirements at the Divisional and Corporate levels.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, processing, consolidation, and analysis of Belvac's monthly financial results. Work closely with various personnel in reviewing the results. Help define the expectations and reporting/analytical requirements
Organize/Lead all aspects of percentage of completion accounting revenue recognition process and project reporting
Assist in preparing the various reports as required by the Business, including capital projects, cost savings, financial metrics, monthly presentations, etc.
Actively lead & participate in the ongoing user enhancement and process optimization of the IFS software company wide.
Proactively support all functional areas and corporate personnel regarding operational issues, inventory management, asset management and business profitability.
Participate in developing the annual budget and strategic plan.
Participate in the preparation, coordination and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial projections.
Willingness to act as an all-round finance resource to support Controllership and FP&A
Maintains Dover's DRS financial reporting system interface.
Ensures the local ERP financial results are properly reported into corporate.
Assist in reporting monthly and quarterly financial information in DRS and DPLAN, including financial bridge construction.
Cost and inventory analysis as required.
Cross-trained as a back-up for tax reporting and core cost accounting functions with additional emphasis on reviewing/improving our existing cost structure in order to provide value added support & analysis.
Further define and optimize Belvac's business needs through developing standard processes and best practices.
Implement reporting process changes that monitor both financial and non-financial indicators.
Assist with projects and other reports as needed.
Maintain SOX procedures and support SOX and Internal audits
Reconciliations of various general ledger accounts.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 4 plus years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required .
In lieu of 4 years in Industrial Manufacturing +6 years of general finance & Audit background in related industries
A CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Requires long periods of standing (up to 10 hours/day).
Must be able to operate overhead cranes.
Although all production areas have overhead cranes, on occasion Manufacturing, Stockroom and Assembly employees may choose to lift items by hand for convenience. CNC Machinist Primary Responsibilities:
Safety is our first priority. Machinist must be able to operate machinery safely and follow all established Safety Policies and Procedures.
Experience in operation of Haas and Mazak machinery.
Perform job setup with effective use of fixtures, clamps, jigs, templates, vises, chucks, parallels, work stops and other related items to apply proper work holding techniques.
Read prints, shop order, tooling instructions and layout sheets to determine product specifications, work-holding arrangement and cutting tools to be used.
Ability to read g-code program and compare with part drawing to prevent errors.
Observe machine control panel and compare with data on job documentation to verify proper process and adjust cutting speeds and feeds as necessary.
Provide information to make corrections to existing set-up sheets, programs, or processes.
Establish and adjust tool offsets and machine zero reference points as necessary.
Selection, measurement, use, and build of predefined tool assemblies.
Proper use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometer, caliper, and indicator.
Must keep assigned machine(s) and work area cleaned and neat.
Perform preventative machine maintenance.
Deburr/Part mark as needed.
Operation of multiple CNC machines may be required.
