Heavy Lift Operator LOCATION: Brookfield Township - Ohio - USA DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS **Requires working 2nd Shift 4PM - 2AM** Performs the operation of Premium threading on pipes in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards. Main Responsibilities - Executes change over and set up of the machine. - Performs lathe operation. - Performs Premium threads on pipes or couplings. - Carries out end deburring. - Performs chips cleaning. - Changes machine tools. - Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance (cooling fluid, machine adjustments, etc.). - Updates information in the tracking systems. Job Summary: A Material Handler/Driver is responsible for coordinating and processing transfer shipments. A Material Handler should be able to multitask and be motivated to complete tasks independently or in a team setting. A valid driver's license with an approved motor vehicle DMV report is required and have no history of drug or alcohol abuse. Responsibilities: Fulfilling transfer orders from other branches and keeping track of materials and inventory Load transfer shipments at the appropriate scheduled times Process and stage all tagged material to be placed in designated areas Complete cycle count for assigned areas Perform daily housekeeping practices for assigned work areas Assist in all warehouse or delivery duties on an as-needed basis Perform all other duties as assigned by the leadership team or senior management Required Skills: Attention to detail Accountability Motivation to complete tasks independently Able to work independently or in a team setting Problem-solving skills Ability to multitask Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with approved clean driver vehicle report Forklift certification is preferred but not required No history of drug or alcohol abuse Provide current health card Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs. or more Ability to climb, crouch, and grasp Ability to listen and speak clearly
