QA Lead - Long Term Contract - 40/hr+
What You Will Be Doing: As QA Lead, you will take ownership to ensure test deliverables meet defined quality standards and end-user requirements for critical IT projects and programs. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to create test strategies, plans, timelines, and alignment on test execution. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive test strategies, facilitating test planning, and ensuring availability of test data and necessary resources.
You will lead and coordinate test execution across teams, manage the bug lifecycle to promptly remove blockers, and ensure timely retesting of fixes to validate quality. You will also create test reports and dashboards, providing quality metrics and insightful analysis. Partnering closely with Automation Specialists, you will support automated testing strategies by supplying manual test scripts, test data, and other relevant input.

**This role in summary**
Currently, Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for a Payroll Manager opening to join our global human resources function at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan. This role is required to be in the office 5 days per week. This position provides leadership in the Human Resources (HR) Operations for US Payroll to perform day-to-day support for multi-cycle payroll processing of hourly and salaried employees.
Oversee payroll customer service and inquiry resolution. Responsible for garnishment processing, data management, payroll/tax processing, general ledger, and payroll metrics.
