Barry DiRaimondo oversees strategic decisions on all real estate and company-related matters, including the ownership and disposition strategies on SteelWave-owned assets and the development and acquisition strategies for all SteelWave markets. Barry is widely recognized as a leading expert on office and industrial real estate and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and to participate on industry panels. He has been with SteelWave for 36 years and is a key partner in all of its real estate ventures. He began his career as a General Contractor for Custom Designs Construction, and has over 40 years of real estate experience.

Nancy Chau is a SVP/Chief Accounting Officer at SteelWave and is based in San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Meyer has been with SteelWave for 31 years and is a partner in SteelWave and all of its real estate ventures. Paul oversees the business and is responsible for the companies that comprise SteelWave. He directs all financial and capital markets activities for its portfolio of office, R&D, industrial, multifamily and land development projects. He is also responsible for Portfolio Management, Administrative Operations and ownership accounting for the company, and oversees debt and equity financing, banking relationships, risk management, partner, client and owner relationships and investor reporting. Mr. Meyer has over 35 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining SteelWave, he was an accountant with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells and was a Corporate Analyst for Southern Pacific Company. Mr. Meyer holds a BS degree from The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA. Paul is also a full member of the Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of the Policy Advisory Board for The Fisher School of Real Estate at The Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
