Pros of working at Stella & Chewy's

You can bring our dog. They give away some of their amazingly expensive pet foods once in a while to employees.

Cons of working at Stella & Chewy's

You're "in" or you're not based on what department you’re in. Some departments and people are untouchable no matter how bad, some are the whipping boy. It's a baby company trying to act grown-up and failing because it doesn't know what that looks like. Co-workers were great, the rest was the worst experience of my career. Also, if you're at the main site, the whole place reeks. But if you're part of the beautiful people, you're at the Taj Mahal (a for-show office location).
