Role Specifics:
· This position will be responsible for the daily opening and closing of the center

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for distribution of tasks including:
· General Warehousing
· Delivery Services
· Vehicle Maintenance
*Adjustments to these allocations are made as business needs evolve
Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
Follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders and position them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of regularly scheduled and annual inventory control procedures.
Collecting payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition.
Conducts pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and immediately report any operational issues or mechanical defects to the supervisor or designated person.
Completes all the necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs, on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures.
Participates and maintains ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
Completes other tasks assigned by their Supervisor or another member of leadership.

SUPPORTING DUTIES TO THE CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Support the Strategic Account Manager or Director - Client Services in the published communications (reports, internal meetings, and business alignment meetings) to highlight the progress in relation to the defined goals of the assigned clients.

IDEAL CANDIDATE MAY POSSESS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
2-5 years of experience with the Transportation industry.
Strong technical skills, specifically with Microsoft suite, Transportation Management Systems, Optimization Engines, Salesforce.com and Reporting/BI Tools.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

Working Procedure:
Develop and deliver logistics data, provisioning data, technical data, technical publications, and support the development of training system materials.
Create, monitor and report Performance Based Logistics Metrics.
Implement a failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system (FRACAS) to support deployed systems both CONUS and OCONUS. Recommend and implement FRACAS software tools that provide a process for reporting, classifying, analyzing failures, and planning corrective actions in response to those failures. Ensure FRACUS outputs include: Part Number, Part Name, OEM, Field MTBF, MTBR, MTTR, spares consumption, reliability growth, failure/incidents distribution by type, location, part no., serial no, symptom, etc.
Develop and implement a robust international distribution strategy (inbound material handling, warehousing, material presentation to manufacturing operations, packaging, shipping and storage of finished goods, transportation management and planning) for international business.

A Day in the Life:
The Manager Part Out Inventory Control will manage recycled automotive part inventory and drive sales performance through accurate inventory management, competitive pricing and efficient consumption or sale through internal or retail channels. This position reports to the Senior Director Part Out Materials and is based in Atlanta, GA.
Starting salary is $85K; commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do:
Oversee inventory accuracy across multiple dismantlers and warehouses using inventory tracking systems (e.g. Pinnacle, Hollander, Checkmate)
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and implement loss prevention strategies
Co-steward master data standards with Sr Dir Materials (SKU taxonomy, catalog rules); execute remediation plans raised by Part Out Analytics Manager's data quality checks
Monitor part harvesting, grading and interchangeability to optimize part usability and sales. Coordinate with dismantlers and logistics teams to enable timely part processing and storage
Analyze consumption and sales trends, pricing data and demand forecasts to set competitive market pricing
Collaborate with all sales and consumption channels to ensure listings are visible and accurate
Generate metrics and reporting on inventory valuation, external sales, internal consumption and financial performance
Present findings in clear and compelling formats. Collaborate with Fleet Management, Finance, Accounting, Technical Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain Management and other stakeholders
Provide estimates, set goals, build reporting systems and execute project plans
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business analytics, automotive technology or related field
Five (5) years minimum in inventory control, retail analytics or automotive parts operations
Must have strong technology skills and be proficient with inventory systems (e.g. Pinnacle, Hollander, Checkmate), data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred)
Must have knowledge of recycled parts grading, interchange standards and resale e-commerce platforms. Experience with automotive dismantling or salvage yard operations a plus
Must have good financial skills and be familiar with automotive part pricing, asset management and financial analysis techniques
Must be an effective communicator with good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple functions and organizations
Must be process-oriented and a disciple of continuous improvement
Must be a problem solver, goal-oriented and flexible with ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations with little oversight
