Responsibilities
MV Transportation is seeking an Office Manager for processing/data entry and reconciliation of payroll related items, report generation and client billing, division PO reconciliation and report analysis. This role is also responsible for the processing of employee documentation regarding onboarding, terminations, status changes and contract compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Data entry and reconciliation of payroll time sheets.
Payroll report generation and analysis.
Preparation and submission of the monthly division invoice.
Manage division/shop POs.
Process employee requests for PTO and status changes.
Processing of employee onboarding and exiting documentation.
Manage division supplies/office expenses.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Talent Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
Knowledge of Trapeze Software a plus!

Resolve issues as they arise on loads that are shipped and rejected

Manage recording all inbound and outbound loads ensuring they have been recorded in the appropriate logs and entered in the system.
Manage the reconciliation process for loads being received in the plant and loads being shipped out.
Run various reports as it relates to materials coming into the plant, being shipped out of plant and expenses that are related to plant operations.
Ensure that Plant Administrator Scale Clerk is cross trained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Facilities Duties
Oversee two facility locations and ensure buildings are properly maintained and organized.
Manage relationships with building management, maintenance providers, and service vendors (e.g., janitorial, security, catering, and office supply vendors) for both locations.
Coordinate office moves, space planning, and workstation setup for new hires.
Monitor, purchase and manage inventory of office supplies, furniture, and equipment across dual sites.
Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and facility improvements.
Serve as primary contact with property management.
Distribute appropriate facilities announcements to employees.
Maintain compliance by distributing foreign visitor announcements to employees.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards across both facilities.
Monitor and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with IT and other internal teams to ensure technical resources are maintained and functioning properly.
