Corporates overworks managers and uses them as consultants to save money. Too many reports to be done on everything for corporate. Not enough sales team members to cover shifts and sick or vacation times. Top heavy at corporate seem very unknwoledgeable in running the company. Corporate does not motivate workers properly so our managers resign or want to resign. Not a very well known brand in certain markets.
Coworkers, pay, benefits ,store managers.
Corporate is not so good but our managers do the best they can while being overwhelmed with reports and running the store while at same time selling.
Need more and better brand recognition don’t take advantage of good employees by using them as company fixers or consultants without proper compensation, more sales team members so as not to have to work so many hours . Less paper work better corporate team leaders .
By working in the luxury industry prior and looking into the company’s history and culture .

They try but it is difficult to find right motivated hard workers that not only want a good paying job but also learn.
