Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute the enterprise platform engineering strategy aligned to the Company's drive to embrace Center of Excellence and future business objectives.
Lead end-to-end deployment and run for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid platforms.
Drive a culture of automation, service ownership, reliability, security-by-design, and continuous improvement.
Platform Build & Deployment:
Oversee engineering teams responsible for infrastructure build, platform provisioning, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Ensure consistent delivery frameworks, reusable patterns, infrastructure-as-code standards, and compliance controls.
Release & Change Management:
Own enterprise release governance, production assurance, and change management strategy.
Implement progressive release methodologies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) with SRE resilience practices.
Network & Security Operations Leadership:
Provide executive oversight for network operations, infrastructure monitoring, and capacity planning.
Partner with Security Operations leadership to ensure hardened infrastructure, vulnerability remediation, and continuous compliance.
Site Reliability Engineering:
Build and mature SRE capabilities that measure and ensure availability, performance, latency, and reliability.
Define SLOs/SLIs/SLAs and lead incident command practices, postmortems, and chaos/chaos engineering maturity.
Operational Excellence:
Drive 24x7 global operations strategy across command centers and engineering functions.
Implement observability stack evolution, automated remediation, and service health transparency.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure compliance during build and run for controls and audit readiness aligned with PCI DSS, SOX, NIST, GDPR, and Sands security/regulatory frameworks.
Champion resilient change oversight and risk mitigation processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks for our casino management system, encompassing unit, integration, functional, and performance testing.
Establish and enforce testing standards and best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using modern tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG) to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the build pipeline, ensuring fast feedback on code quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to understand requirements and define testing criteria.
Act as a key advocate for quality within the development team, providing insights and recommendations to improve software quality.
Execute test cases, analyze results, and document findings, ensuring that issues are identified and communicated effectively to the development team.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Implement performance and load testing strategies to ensure the system can handle high transaction volumes and user loads.
Collaborate with security teams to conduct security testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Mentor and guide junior SDETs and quality engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
Lead training sessions on testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automated testing and quality assurance in complex applications.
Demonstrated experience building testing frameworks and strategies for large-scale, high-availability systems, preferably in the gaming or casino industry.
