JOB SUMMARY

JOB DUTIES
Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
Wears floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
Lead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence

Correcting piping, connections, and terminations on equipment as required. Troubleshoot and test equipment, parts, piping, and fittings for leaks, restrictions, and proper flow.
Performs preventative maintenance and testing of plumbing and mechanical systems including piping distribution systems, Jetting, and general maintenance
Performs plumbing service and testing of plumbing and mechanical systems including piping distribution systems, valves, and fixtures, with ability to fix problems
Demonstrates the ability to coordinate with other trades on jobsites, work alone, or as part of a team.

Summary/Objective:

Summary/Objective:
The Special Projects Plumber assists the Special Projects department with Pipe and Plumbing installations for New Projects and Commercial Construction jobs that are small to medium size in scale.
Essential Functions:
Assembles, installs, layouts, and repairs pipes, fittings, equipment, and fixtures
Tests pipes and fixtures using water and air to detect deficiencies
Measures, cuts, threads, glues, solders, brazes, and slopes pipes composed of various materials
Installs hangers and supports for all plumbing systems
